So far, Ive had a fairly great experience with the MRE team. They made the leasing process smoother and their online portal makes things easier to work around and super convenient! Occasionally, it takes a day or two for some repair concerns but the staff are always polite and address my concerns. We recently moved into a townhome in Plano Texas at a fairly decent price, they have been great at communication and promptly fixing any small issues the property has as soon as possible! This is my first experience using a management company and I am very pleased. From the beginning with the application and needs to getting into the house I am renting, it has been smooth. The staff went all out with the communication to keep me up to date with the progress so I could get moved in. It was great considering I was moving from out of state. It was great knowing I was being cared for. Since I have been in the house, I have been extremely happy with how quickly any issues has been resolved. The maintenance form online helps to give them a clear idea of whatever issue has come up so they can get the best option to resolution. I would honestly recommend MRE Property Management to anyone looking for a rental. They have been honest and professional from the time I expressed interest in their property till I have moved out. I rented a town home with them from 2018- 2019. During my lease term I had a pleasant experience. The office staff and Shalove were friendly and ensured my needs were met. My favorite part was how I was able to make maintenance request and payments online. This was extremely important as I am a busy mom who tends to have free time once the kid goes to bed. Maintenance request were taken care of in a timely manner. If it wasnt for me purchasing a new home I would have eagerly renewed with MRE.Believe me when I say Look no further than MRE.

Rachel Edwards with Maximum Real Estate is so awesome! My friends recommended her when I got ready to buy my first home and Im so glad they did! She made the buying experience so much better, honestly, I dont think I would have gotten the house I got if it wasnt for her. Shes very professional but so relate-able. I felt like I had known her for years after our first meeting. She walked me through every step and I never felt like it was a bother for her, although I probably asked a bazillion questions. Whether youre buying or selling, call Rachel Edwards for the best agent you could hope for.
