***Just wanted to add to my review I originally posted. the review below was posted not to long after my husband and I moved in. I still stand by to what I said before if you are looking for a property to rent, rent from Moxie. They truly are a wonderful company! Ive been renting with them for 10months now! My husband is in the military so we have rented quite a bit and this is hands down the best experience we have had by far!***I have had such a wonderful experience with this company, before I even moved into my rental house in Feb 2016 it was great ! Lawn care is included in my rent and they found a vendor who would give me 24 hr notice just so I would know when I needed to have my dogs put up as I work full time! The response time for any of my questions are always same day! I highly recommend this company! My previous property management co. was a nightmare! Just having this wonderful company has made my life so much easier! I promise you are making the right choice renting from Moxie Property Management Company! They truly care about their tenants!

We have rented with Moxie Property for a little over 2 weeks, and just want to say that they are awesome! I was very nervous at first because of all of their reviews, but Glenda was very responsive and professional. She answers any questions I had and reassured me through the whole application process. Sonetimes my text would go unanswered, but I realized that she was working on the other end to make sure my application process was taken cared of, and once she got any information back she was quick to keep my updated. I’m so glad I went with my gut and not all the bad reviews I saw google!! Thanks Moxie and thank you Glenda!!

By far the greatest management experience I have ever had. They have always attended all of my needs as a resident. Any maintenance request that I submitted would get a response in seconds. These ladies take their job very seriously and genuinely care about the people living in their properties

If youre looking for one of top property management companies in Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth youve found it.As a property manager myself in Austin, I travel to conventions and masterminding groups all over the U.S. to gain knowledge and insight into our industry. I personally know the owner Moxie and have gained from her knowledge and expertise.These guys help other PMs up their game. Thats how far ahead they are. If youre looking for an industry leader in DFW this is your property management company.
