    IDK about anyone else but my experience has been amazing with them. They have been on top of everything since I’ve been with them. Even the two new girls who helped me pay in office was alert and on top of it when we was struggling a little lol.I truly don’t even know if I’m going to keep my 30 day notice because they have been so good.I always take videos and pictures before I move in and when I move out so I don’t ever have trouble with move outs or my deposits like most people in that department because I also show the proof in the pudding if something is questioned💜Thank yall for being great loves💜

    I am a current resident in a property for Morris Real Estate, and my husband and I have been for 4 years. We have had issues with the owner of the property, but Morris Real Estate has tried very hard to ensure that the owner has been responsible for the property. They will be an advocate for tenants if you have issues with the owner and will ensure that properties are maintained in a safe fashion.

    I really enjoy working with Morris Real Estate rental management company staffs over the past 15 plus years! Alway keeps you informed and updates on projects and issues relating to your rental property. I wish personnel with maintenance was as good as the office staff team members, when it comes to repairs, it’s a little on the high for labor and equipment, but other than that, will do what it can to reach out, and help fix any issues or problems you make have with your rental property.If I had to do it all over again, with no doubt I would pick Morris Real Estate to do the job.     Out of respect for the tenants, its common courtesy to warn the tenants when the water will be turned off. Everyone here may not work the same shift (mornings) this is the 2nd time this has happened. By letting us know gives us a chance to get on up and do what we have to. I guess Im just use to plp doing things orderly. Riverdale always let us know when the water would be cut off for work done. I was told by the workers that the owner knew but why not us. Again, I work multiple shifts.Respectfully, K

    The team at Morris Real Estate do a great job managing my property. They are very responsive to my inquiries. I was impressed that they were able to keep the rents coming in all through COVID. Amy was very helpful getting me repair estimates and providing rental rates, when I was in the process of buying another property in Killeen. You cant go wrong using Morris Real Estate.

    I have been in the same unit for just over 9 years and Morris Real Estate has been great to us. Sometimes a work order might get lost/stuck somewhere in the system, but they have always come through and fixed the few things that we have needed fixed throughout the years. Having a company/landlord that manages like Morris Real Estate has really been appreciated over the years and knowing that any problems are taken care of is a huge relief. I recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Killeen, Temple or Troy.

    We had a great experience as tenants for a little over a year. Move in was an easy process with the application and lease signing. We had two work orders throughout our time renting, and it was usually a same day or next day response with someone coming out almost immediately to fix anything. Every communication we’ve had with the company was always met with professionalism and reassurance. The move out process was also very easy with clear terms in our lease and checklist.     I have used Morris Real Estate for 7 years as my property management company. The owner and staff have been nothing but professional. They have always been willing to work with me during difficult times. I noticed a poor review on here with the main issue being their maintenance costs 1) The reviewer needs to compare maintenance costs with other service companies. 2) You are not locked into using their maintenance service. You can use whomever you want for maintenance, give them the contact info and they will set it up, or do it yourself. When I was shopping for a property management company, one of the things that attracted me to them was that they have one of if not the lowest vacancy rates in Bell County. They are not a franchise. They are locally owned, and the owner is one of the finest people I know. I am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

    Morris started managing for our landlord and they have been really awesome. They are always on top of everything and ready to help. I have never had a problem when i call or have had to wait on hold to get help or get my questions answered they are to make you feel welcomed. work orders are responded to quickly. which is why i recently resigned my lease. awesome job Morris rentals only bad thing is after hours answering service sounded snooty not very friendly.

    Weve been with them since Oct 2016 and well be signing another year lease with them from 2019-2020. It was a fast and easy application process, we viewed, signed and paid the deposit in one day and were moved in within a week. We havent had much maintenance issues but the few weve had to get looked at were addressed the same day and fixed by the next day, the latest. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

    I rented through Morris for almost two years. They were great ! They were always fast in completing work orders, and always gave plenty of notice before walk throughs. I had to leave when COVID first started and the process of closing out the lease was simple and uncomplicated. I cleaned the house thoroughly and got my deposit back with no issues. I would rent with them again, if I were to ever come back to killeen.

    Being a military family, sometimes trying to find a place to rent can be crazy and stressful. I’m so thankful that we found Morris real estate! This morning my garbage disposal wasn’t working. Usually my husband would be the one to contact the office to have someone come out and look at it. Since he is in the field for two weeks, I had to be the one to do it. This being the first time I have had to do this I was a little stressed. The staff here was all so helpful and amazing to me. I was able to have someone come out this afternoon to get it looked at and they were able to fix it!! I highly recommend this company! In the 4 duty stations we have been at and have rented from other rental companies, they are by far the best we have come across!! Thank y’all for actually caring about military families and being so professional and kind to us!!!

    Been with this rental company now about 5-6 months and they have been absolutely amazing. Have had no issues with anything the one time I put work order in was handling in a very timely manner not to mention all the staff inside of the office is amazing and very polite and respectful.     Well, I was told when I moved in with Morris that they were going to be so bad because their maintenance response was so super slow and theyll take months to fix maintenance issues, but in regards to that: Ive already have had 2 major maintenance issues and theyve responded in a very timely manner and also have kept very good communication throughout both issues. 1 issue was about 1 month ago for a huge AC repair which they did take care of within 2 weeks. Mind you they had to spend approx. $4000 to repair the unit and get it approved by the owner and today another issue was the dishwasher which stalled this past Friday and it got fixed today. Yes, you do have to be communicating yourself and correspond with phone calls and inquiries about the issue and sometimes give them a nudge courtesy reminder call back or email. But overall, Im very impressed. Something like if youre on top of things, theyll be on top of things. Not to mention their renting process is the easiest and one of the most friendly/convenient Ive had here in Killeen, TX. Mind you, I was searching for a few months for a place with a hand full of other realtors in the area and Im just going to say, Im glad I went with Morris Real Estate.

    Leah Turner is an excellent real estate agent from Morris Real Estate. I highly recommend them(her) if you are looking for a realtor/company who works with professionalism, kindness, and is genuine.I looked for months for a place, well before I got my orders to be stationed here. And then it was another few weeks after. I looked ONLINE, ON APPS, DID DRIVE BYS, AND MORE.Nothing. Even 90% of the companies AND realtors wrote me off as unimportant. At least thats the way I perceived it and I am pretty open and a honest, welcoming person.. I asked genuine questions any new renter would and was not treated with a kind, professional manner.It made my experience grueling and unexciting, very stressful and very longing..     This is my second rental through this company- which says allot! I pay my rent online (for convenience purposes) but my interactions with the staff have been positive. I work allot and I enjoy the convenience of paying rent, reporting work request and even communicating through their online portal.     If you want a family oriented business that is easy to work with then Morris Real Estate is the place for you!! Bailey is the best and quick to help try and rectify any issues. The rental process was super easy, after dealing with 4 other companies that want you to jump through hoops, MRE was a breath of fresh air!!!! I am getting ready to leave and head elsewhere but should I return to The Great Place it wont be a question of who Ill choose to find a home.
