    Morris Green manages my property in Austin. My property has never gone more than a few weeks without a tenant. They are responsive, represent me well, and everyone I work with is courteous, kind, and reliable. Morris Green Properties is an excellent company. Well worth the money.

Staff is always so kind, and any time a repair is needed, it is always completed quickly and efficiently. All of the businesses they contract with are also really professional and good at what they do. We would absolutely recommend living at a Morris Green property!

    We relocated from WA to TX and chose a rental Managed by Morris Green Properties. The application process was seamless and we were approved only a few hours after applying. Communication on coordinating our move in was great. Upon move in, we found a few things that needed to be repaired. The management approved the work orders and vendors were out within a day or two to complete the work needed. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend the to anyone.

    UPDATE: After my initial review, the owner of the management company personally reached out to me and heard my concerns AND kindly addressed/resolved them and we are very grateful for that. I could not in good conscious keep a 1 star review. I really really appreciated the owner of the management company personally reaching out to resolve the issues we were having and being listened to. So thank you!We have been renting for almost 4 years and initially, morris green properties was great. But within the last year or so after so many changes in management, its been pretty downhill! To get a hold of someone other than the secretary or whoever they have on standby the phone, is nothing short of a miracle! Two times we requested maintenance for insinkinator and dishwasher - both times we waited almost a week with alot of back and forth. I had to fix the insinkinator myself and for the dishwasher, they sent someone who lied and did a half job and said that it was a clog problem and needed a plumber. After he left, I checked and saw that the arm handle was burned and just needed a replacement - which we also did ourselves. Recently, we are in the middle of a move and time and time again we keep mentioning and asking for consideration that we will be out even before the vacate date we set and for the realtors to take that in consideration when scheduling the show of the home. We are completely being ignored. I even called Morris Green Properties and still have not heard back from Any higher up. Its really disappointing how management has become - unhelpful and unreachable.

    An outstanding company with great work ethics and a genuine care for people. The roof and windows of our rental were damaged after the hail storm and both replaced in a very timely manner. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them as either a home owner looking for a management company or renter looking for the perfect home.

    I feel like family is taking care of my place, except I don’t have to pay as much. I purchased a rental home during the price surge of 2021 not realizing what it took to rent a house. Morris Green saved me. House up keep, tenant management … all the way down to assisting with tax assessment. I’m glad I purchased a house, but not sure I would feel that way if I didn’t have a management team like this. Great experience.

    Were new owners of a rental property, and Morris Green have been a fantastic partner for us. Theyve worked patiently with us to get a handle on the improvements required to prepare the home for new tenants. Once wed agreed on the updates they diligently oversaw the project through to completion. Soon after the work was completed and the house was put up for rent, we got a couple of tenants in the house! Aaron, James, Brianna, and Courtney have been great to work with and wed recommend them to others.

    Morris Green has been looking over my rental property for numerous years now and Ive unfortunately never taken the time to write a review (honestly have NEVER sat down and written a review before in my life). That is how good this company is and the owners are more than stand up folks. We have never had a property manager thats been better and we have had numerous over the years. In fact, weve used MGP realtors to buy and sell a few of our other house over the years with the greatest success. So smart and professional and willing to do ANYTHING to get you into the right home and at the right price. Not to mention selecting the absolutely right price to go to market for your current property to ensure top dollar. I want to encourage anybody considering a property management service or other real estate services to give them a good look (yeppers, they do it all folks)!

    Morris Green managed my property in Round Rock for almost 3 years. They were always responsive, professional, and reliable with anything that would come up, and have great tools in place to keep me in the loop with my property. As an out of state landlord, I needed a manager that could be responsive to my needs and care for my investments. Aaron and his staff put go above and beyond in managing my properties.Cost: Property management fees are competitive and reasonable.Customer Service: Aaron and his staff are professional, courteous, and responsive.Experience: Aaron and his staff have helped me to solve problems with my properties and provide excellent advice.Maintenance: Whereas some companies will inflate their repair costs, their repair and maintenance costs are reasonable.Tenant Screening: Unlike my previous property manager, I have had no problems with the tenants screened by Morris Green.Highly recommend Morris Green!

    I chose Morris Green Properties from the internet based on their reviews and explanation of how they manage your property. Rented my mothers/now my house for 18 months - 1 tenant. They got it rented within a month at a fair price. Overall, I am very pleased with their service. No hassle, no fuss. The tenant was generally trouble free so their job was easier but for $100/month, I just collected by checks. Their notification system and web site was easy to use and updated. I received regular emails on status updates and when the rent was deposited into my bank account. YES, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

    I dont usually write reviews, but I have rented over a dozen places in my life, and I have never been treated with such respect and honesty in the move out process. They always handled maintenance requests quickly. I really appreciate them, and if I ever want to rent my home, I would definitely go to them, because treating people with respect is the right way to do business and frankly rare in the rental management space. I particularly want to thank Aaron for his communication and honesty.
