    If you want a realtor that is honest, attentive, dependable, and will show you that he has your best interest at heart... I highly recommend Rudy Montoya.Selling my home remotely from another state, I was quite nervous that the realtor I picked would not work hard to sell my home if I was not there in person. I WAS WRONG...Rudy was amazing! He advised me on every step that it would take to sell my home, which made me feel more comfortable. Rudy brought in experts to consult on repairs, who were all professional and reasonably priced. He always responded quickly and thoroughly to my emails, texts, phone calls, and provided me with updates throughout the whole process. He always made me feel like selling my home was his priority. I was blown away with all of the great feedback and offers that came in immediately after he listed my home. When it was time for me to choose an offer, Rudy guided me through the process and made suggestions on the best course of action.     Rhonda did a phenomenal job from the start of the process to the end. She made sure all questions were answered and she explained the whole process thoroughly. Professionalism and knowledge were unmatched. She molded to my schedule to make sure she was always available to help in any way.     Rudy and his team are fantastic with customer service, household management, and home repairs. His organization was always willing to answer renter questions and provide an equitable solution with the homeowners. Ensuring the comfort of the tenant and the protection of the real estate asset for the homeowner. Terrific company to work with during my stay in El Paso. Montoya helped with removal of dead trees and assisted with the torrential rains damage that happened in Fall 2021. This is a company that cares about its tenants and its properties.
