Love it here. Great location, White Rock Lake is less than a mile away. Been here since 2017. Christy and Lisa in the office have always responded to my questions and requests. The maintenance staff always follow through. They are an awesome group of good people. The owner visits regularly and they are constantly making upgrades to the properties, plus they mow the front lawns and keep the trees trimmed. Its cool that they have a yearly neighborhood yard sale, send you a birthday balloon greeting, and Holiday greetings with a little surprise gift.The owner even sent out a 50.00 check to help out when the recent storms knocked out the power. Im glad to call MP home.

I recently moved into Monopoly Place Duplex and it’s been a great experience. The neighborhood is always serene & peaceful. I’ve had the best sleep the last 4 months I’ve had in years. The people that live in this duplex community have been respectful and friendly. Monopoly Place Duplex is walking distance from eclectic restaurants and White Rock Lake walking/jogging/biking/hiking trails. I feel safe in this area. Christy & Lisa in the management office have been kind & take the time to know you personally. I’ve not had interaction with maintenance yet as my duplex has not had repair issues. It’s great living in a house *no more stairs* & it’s enjoyable to grill in the private, fenced in backyard. Monopoly Place Duplex has a wonderful community and I’m happy to be a part of it.

About to start my 4th year here! I really like living in this pretty and quaint East Dallas neighborhood, near stores and restaurants. It’s safe and quiet, with a great sense of community. Love having friendly neighbors and watching them walk their dogs, saying hi as they pass. Love having a large backyard for my youngest grandson to play in and a big front porch to put plants on! The duplex is old and has great personality with some original features! What few work orders I have had to send were handled very promptly. Beats apartment living! Hope to stay here a few more years!

We have lived at Monopoly Place for 6 years now. Since day one, the property management has been exceptional! They mow and trim trees and bushes in front yards, so the community always looks great. Any time Ive called for maintenance, they respond & repair same day or next day. They do inspections on each unit twice a year, which makes me feel comfortable that things are being taken care of. The leasing staff are so friendly and helpful, and all residents receive balloons for their birthdays as well as a Christmas gift each year! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and only a few blocks from White Rock Lake. We love it here, and hope to live here for many more years!

A place to call home! Great staff, amazing neighbors and a fabulous location. Ive lived here for well over a year and have no complaints. Leasing staff is the best and has been friendly from day one... I was greeted with a well thought out welcome gift, filled with everything you didnt know you needed on moving day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and guys are super nice and respectful. The neighborhood itself is more of a community, neighbors are friends and look out for one another. I love the location, its nestled back in a horseshoe shape and very quiet and quaint! Also, very pet friendly!

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. Very quiet...Lots of families, dogs and trees...walking distance to fun restaurants. Well maintained by a very friendly team. Close to the lake!

Great place to live. There is a great sense of community here. The trails around White Rock Lake are less than a mile away.The management staff and maintenance team are very professional and friendly. I’ve been here three years now and every request has been handled promptly.

By far the best place I have ever rented! The prices are fantastic and you get a backyard and garage! The staff and management are wonderful and jump all over any issue right away. The area is quiet and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, drug stores, a grocery store. This is where you want to live!

I have lived here for 8 months and have truly enjoyed every day! The neighborhood is a great location and all of the residents are extremely friendly. Many have been here for 5+ years, so that should tell you something. The only downside is the houses are a bit older, so there are issues that come with that. That being said, maintenance has been absolutely spectacular about coming out quickly to resolve issues! The determining factor for my choice to move here was the large private backyards! The community is very pet friendly and my duplex even came with a doggy door already installed! Would definitely recommend!

I love living here! They are so great with all the maintenance requests I have put in, very attentive and responsive. Management is wonderful. The area is so calm and quiet and plenty of great food and shopping nearby. I dont usually bother to write reviews but these duplexes are so great!!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and absolutely love this place, single mother with a daughter and always felt safe. All my neighbors are so friendly and all look out for each other. Even being located behind a busy main road not very loud to where I’ve noticed or to bother us. Staff and maintenance are fantastic always quick to fix any issues I’ve had. Highly recommend monopoly place.

We are thrilled with this neighborhood and upkeep of the lovely monopoly duplexes! It’s super pet friendly, maintenance and leasing staff are awesome, and in a safe +friendly neighborhood. All the neighbors are so nice in this cozy residential community. We are really happy here!
