We have worked with Mod Property Management as Airbnb hosts for almost a year and can’t say enough wonderful things: Serita guided us through turning our home into an Airbnb when we travel and we have only had 5 star reviews so far! Since our Airbnb is also our primary home, Serita has worked closely with us to make the transitions from home to Airbnb house and back seamless and easy. She is communicative, honest, and upfront about everything in the process. We never have to worry about our home or the logistics of Airbnb because Mod Property Management handles everything for us. We considered working with larger companies for property management and I’m so glad we ended up working with Serita and Jami instead - they know us, know our preferences, and care about our home as if it were theirs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone considering making additional income through Airbnb!
