Over the past two years I have had the distinct honor to work with Courtney and Lori on two different properties. To say that MLDC Management goes above and beyond is the understatement of the century. They are unrivaled in the Property Management space, and thus the reason I have already selected them for a new property I have under contract currently. MLDC Management is the only property management company I have ever worked with who treats the property as if it were their own. It is no surprise to me that they are growing like wildfire; their approach to property management is like none I have ever seen across multiple markets! I have been working with MLDC for over a year. Lori and Courtney of MLDC have been on top of everything. They are extremely responsive and very professional. The property has a lot of challenges when we took over and it has been MLDCs tenaciousness and hard work that was able to turn the property around. The community is a happier place because of them. I would highly recommend working with them.

Our team made a decision to change management companies 3 weeks prior to closing. The company that we were previously considering failed twice to submit a preliminary operating budget that reflected the business plan. In less than 1 week Lori and her team provided a detailed realistic budget, showing her understanding of the plan for the property. At the close, the team moved into the model unit and told us that either Lori or Courtney would be on site until they had hired and trained the existing and new staff. That is what they did.The training that the staff received, was praised by the onsite team, and was reflected in the compliments that have been received by the community. One very telling moment demonstrating the property turn around, was when two tenants that left the community at take over due to poor management, came back two months later to rejoin the community.I thank the entire team at MLDC for being great to work with, and doing a fabulous job.I will not use another PM company within the operating range of MLDC.Jeff G

This team is one of the best to ever do it. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing them completely renovate and maintain apartment complexes all over Houston. This city is lucky to have them. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that has multifamily investments, looking to invest, or anyone needing to rent an apartment.

Choosing a property manager for an investment property can be a frustrating and sometimes terrifying prospect. Our group chose MLDC to handle one of our larger apartment buildings and our experience has been pretty stellar, especially in the face of major headwinds.Lori, Courtney and the entire MLDC team are absolute, institutional quality management pros. We wont work with another company in Texas.

My name is Jarrel Greene and I just recently moved my mother into the Alara Apartments located in the Greenspoint area and the property is great there’s no fights there’s no trespassers no trash no garbage on property it’s a calm and quiet property yeah there might be a little crime on the outside of the property but our Police work hard to combat the crime doers just mind your business, and if your considering moving into the Alara than youll be fine if you see something say something of course but other than that the Alara is anti Violence so if your an out of control Pearson the Alara ain’t for you MLDC Rocks!!! If I wasn’t studying “social work”Id be working for them!
