I’ve been using Milestone for two years now and it’s been an amazing experience. They were able to find me a tenant in just a couple of weeks! They really do put forth a lot of effort into getting your house filled. Anytime my tenant had a maintenance request Milestone had it fixed within 24 hours. They’re SO fast to respond to email. I highly recommend.

My husband and I have been working with Milestone Premier Properties Management for roughly 1 1/2 years. They have been very helpful and efficient in managing our properties in Sherman and Dennison.We have also purchased a property using them as our realtor. The purchase transaction went smoothly. They handled getting the grass back to good shape, installed cabinets handles and found a tenant all within a short amount of time even with when there was a good number of available houses for rent on the market.Recently I have been working with Reagan K to fine tune rental distribution because our property is owned by a trust which requires a different twist. She has been very responsive and went above and beyond to deviate from routine monthly distribution.

I purchased my home as a single mother a couple years ago, then got engaged and moved into my fiancés home. I didnt want to sell such a great investment. Deciding to rent and use Milestone was the best decision I could have made! They handled everything and made the whole process completely stress-free. From cosmetic touch-ups, photographing, and listing my property... I found amazing tenants within a WEEK of it being listed. They even recommended a few insurance agents to help me get the correct type of insurance coverage!Thank you so much, Raegan and all you ladies, for everything youve done! My husband and I own a few properties that we have managed with Milestone. We have worked with them the last few years and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their entire staff. They do everything they can to ensure our properties are taken care of and we greatly appreciate that! All of the girls in the office are so great, knowledgeable and kind. I am so pleased with this company for my rental! We applied through sunroom which was a little stressful with the 24hr time limit but I went into the milestone office and Balynn explained everything perfect for me. Choosing Milestone Properties to help us repair our home after the damage it endured due to a neighbors neglect of their own property, which affected ours, after the 2021 freeze was by far one of the absolute best decisions my wife and I could have ever made!!! Along with using Hilary Clark at Bill Kennedy at Law to help assist us in recovering the funds for the damages. Brandy Landon has an amazing eye and the talent to back it up!!! She has the organizational skills to manage her team and ensure the job is done professionally, above standard, quickly, and not only the way you want it but will also help you see the vision!! She has a unique talent of knowing her customers so well that she knows exactly how to design the space for them!!!! We had several quotes, honestly hers was not only the most reasonable but we also knew we could trust Brandy and her team to complete the job ! We have received several compliments regarding our bathroom as everyone says it’s like stepping into a hotel bathroom and it’s like a spa!! She created storage space with custom cabinets, a beautiful accent wall, and stunning flooring that not only tied into the house but also fit our rustic image/personalities!! Brandy has such a gift truly an amazing talent that I would highly recommend her and her team of absolutely wonderful, and incredible, contractors, professionals, and staff to anyone that is in need of any type of repairs or anything that involves properties !! There is still more work to be completed but we know that we don’t have to worry because they have our back!!! To Brandy it’s not about her bottom line it’s about the people she helps!! We know this because she was our original realtor that helped us buy this house and she has stood by us through the lawsuit to get the damages back and seen the repairs through to completion!! Granted I know we still need additional things completed but we don’t have to worry because she has it all under control!! I could continue to go on and on but I promise when you decide to go with Milestone Properties you are choosing excellence at it’s best!! I’ve added pictures from when we first signed the papers to make it ours and the before and after side by sides..

If you want to relax and not worry about your investment property this is the group to have manage it. Id give them 10 stars if you truly understand how nice it is to not stress about your property when you live out of state. They are very professional, excellent reporting, they know the rental market, treat my tenants well, quick to respond to any quesion I may have and are just the nicest people to work with. I wish they could manage another property that I have but located in a different state because they are that good (maybe they will consider expanding into that state for me...hint hint). One of the first things I noticed was their website. Its user friendly and loaded with a lot of valuable information not only for an owner but for the tenant as well. I truly believe when you have a property management company that is organized and professional, it will show up in the quality of tenants they find to rent your investment property. I could not be happier with Milestone Premier! Its been a pleasure working with them and I would consider getting another investement property in this area, just because I know they are there. A special shout out to Raegan for all her fabulous monthly reporting & keeping me in the loop and Cecilia for managing my new lease & renewal. Of course everyone in the office is just as fantastic too. :)

We engaged Milestone to manage our rental property. It was the best move we ever made! Finding top quality tenants was a breeze, and they are very proactive in managing any issues with the property. They are completely professional and take care of all the details from a to z. As a result we have happy tenants, stable cash flow and a well maintained property. When repairs are necessary they jump on it immediately and the repair people are professionals who deliver quality work at a reasonable price. If you own rental property in the area you should seriously consider reaching out to Milestone. You will be glad you did!

Been renting through Milestone for about 6 months now, and I love it. Best rental company ever. Found the best rental house for me and my roommates at a good price, and the application process was pretty easy considering how complex it can be. I am renting a home with Milstone Premier Properties as my property management company for the property and I could not be more pleased . Since the moment I first spoke with them they have been just the best. Very professional, courteous, and extremely efficient in helping me with whatever I need. Perfect example that basically defines the way they work and treat their tenants happened this last Saturday morning. Late Friday night I ran to Walmart for a couple of things right before they closed and when I returned home I found that I had locked my self out of my house. It was my fault I had hit the close garage button and then ran out underneath the door not realizing I had locked both of my one sided deadbolt locks that were only able to be locked or unlocked from inside and I didn’t have my garage door opener either. Yeah I know, big ol idiot! Anyways it being now around midnight when I returned or close to it I just leaned my truck seat back and fell asleep but that kind of sleeping can only last so long and at around 6 am on a Saturday morning im trying to locate a lock smith, to no easy avail , and decided to contact the property management at Milestone to let them know what had happened honestly at the time I thought it would be highly unlikely that it would do any good as far as for helping me get into my house anytime soon but still I sent a text to the office personal and then filled out a maintenance request online using their tenant portal and right after I hit send a lock smith called me back from one of my earlier calls and he said for, let’s just say a large amount of money, that he could be out in about an hour I reluctantly agreed and then as soon as I hung that call up BAM phone rings again and this time it’s Karissa from milestone who I can’t say enough good things about. Just fantastic at what she does and just a great all round person, and she tells me that a lock smith is on the way and will be there in a few minutes and to go ahead and cancel my guy that was coming later. So I did just that and not 20 minutes after that call I was inside my house and in my recliner! Sorry this was so long but I really felt that the way that they went above and beyond for me was something that really needed to be shared and appreciated and applauded! Thank you Karissa and thank you Milestone Premier Properties! Fantastic job!!!

I only had Milestone for a short time but I was thoroughly impressed. If youre leasing in the Sherman/Denison area I would definitely check them out as they were the best property management group Ive ever been with.Background: I initially had a private lease with an individual landlord who decided to sell to another investor. The new investor used Milestone Premier Properties as the management company instead of managing it himself.I was initially hesitant and somewhat skeptical when Milestone took over, as I had a great rapport with my previous landlord and was sad to see her go. Furthermore, I was about to end my lease in a couple months for a job change and I was expecting a mess to move out with the landlord change.To my surprise Milestone kept nearly all the lease terms intact, and were very responsive and professional when I decided to move out. I received my entire deposit back promptly, they prorated my rent for the last month, AND they even checked my mailbox twice for me after I moved out.Top quality service, honestly the best management group Ive ever leased from. If I had stayed in Sherman I would have stayed with them.
