    This was not our first time utilizing M&D Real Estate, and if the need arises, we will use them again. Every point of contact person was solid, but our agent was Rod ONeil, and every aspect of the job he did helping us was a 5 out of 5!!He stayed on top of everything we asked of him, he always worked around our schedule, and we certainly received wise counsel from him throughout our search! He also worked really well with the other agent, and that should not be discounted!I just cant express our gratitude to M&D and Rod adequately enough!

    I have used M&D Real Estate previously and knew who to contact to help me purchase an investment property. My previous agent moved to commercial and she recommended Tess.Tess is a professional and knows her stuff! We waited awhile to find the right location and price; Tess was ever patient and always available.We needed some repairs done last minute to close the loan and she referred an amazing company to us that did a wonderful job - fast!We needed several extensions from the seller and Kat was right on top of the paperwork.I cannot recommend Tess Stephenson and M&D Real Estate high enough! You wont go wrong choosing this team.

    We chose Wendi Conley and Christina Aguilar to help us find the perfect family home! We listed our requests (many of which were picky) and immediately got to work! For two straight weeks we scrolled the various sites together and picked a handful a day to tour! They were both present for each walk through offering tons of knowledge and collecting information for questions we may ask the seller should we have made an offer. Between the two of them the response time to texts and emails was near immediate. Wendi actually traveled to whole a different time zone and still made time to answer our questions- if thatā€™s not a five star work ethic then I donā€™t know what is! In addition to being knowledgeable in their field they were also helpful and incredibly patient with our three young kids often times holding the baby so we could get a better feel for a property. My husband and I chose a new build and having never purchased one we had many questions that these ladies have answered with smiling faces! Thereā€™s no doubt in my mind that I will be contacting Wendi and Christina when we choose to sell or buy again!

    I left a review for this company BEFORE I purchased my house (which Ive had for 5 weeks now) and I have to do it again. Chase Crawford is an amazing realtor and an amazing person. When COVID was really bad in 2021, thats when our home search began. It wasnt until this year that we were in a great position financially, and there was actual inventory available AND the fact that Chase kept up with us, checked on us and never ever once forced anything down our throats. He was always aware of what we wanted and valued. He seriously worked while on vacation with his family! His dedication is unmatched. The selling agent was horrible and Chase went above and beyond WAY after the transaction to make sure we were ok and do everything he could for us.     We were moving from Wisconsin to Tx. Tess Stephenson was an angel! We traveled to Tx in our search staying in a hotel for weeks at a time. We talked to a realtor on the first day here and they left us hanging. So we contacted other companies. We got a call from Tess she met with us the next day at a house while it was raining. She showed us a second house that we absolutely loved, but was out bid. By the end of the week we saw two more homes before heading back to Wisconsin.
