They have done amazing work serving as my property manager. Always responds rapidly and handles almost all of the issues. Requires very little work on my end. This is amazing because as a military service member it can be almost impossible at times to rent properties without a property manger. -

Ive been in a MCG Homestead apartment for 4 months now, after leaving a nursing home in Austin. I wasnt able to make it to Killeen to complete any of my paperwork before my discharge. Every single person I dealt with at MCG was extremely kind, patient, and willing to work with me to get all of my paperwork completed. There were several papers that had to be signed in person. I was not able to walk, so the girls came to the car for me so I could finish it all and get my keys. I was nearly in tears because of the kindness that was shown. I absolutely love my apartment and any questions I have or any issues are addressed quickly. If MCG is willing to keep me as a tenant, then I will be with them as long as Im able. Definitely the best company that I have worked with. -

Well Im researching different Real estate companies at the same time try to travel this tedious journey of trying to find a place with an voucher. We as an community need to make availability to all. Were are all important. Yes were in an Realstate Crisis. Even in the worse neighborhoods you can expect today for the be prices to be high. Ive been in the area the majority of my life. I do see stability in this company with the prices & reaching out to all. I can understand not being able to find a place because you put yourself in a situation credit wise, but when those of good rental history, and good standing cant find a place shouldnt be. Many are fearing loosing their voucher, because they cant find a place within the time limit.Thank You so much. -
