    Jason W. from McCaw is a multi-talented, helpful, kind and very skilled repair person who came to my home last week and quickly and efficiently fixed several small issues including several quick fixes I had not put on the request. Jason took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me on continued maintenance. Jason is a great example of the great employees I have worked with at McCaw.

    I just want to give a special thanks to everyone that helped resolve my issue. Whitney was very responsive and apologetic for what I’ve been dealing with. She stayed in great contact and hired two very professional men for the job both James & Brian didnt get in the way at all. Demolition the bathroom and put it back together in a couple of hours time. Couldnt be more satisfied!

    I submitted a maintenance request for multiple issues last night. Greg w/ McCaw contacted me first thing this morning and jumped right on my request. It’s not even noon yet and he has completed the job. Greg has stayed in contact with me the entire time he’s been working on my request to keep me updated on everything. I must say, I am highly satisfied with his promptness, friendliness and definitely with his overall work performance!     Update: Richard came out and removed some pesky bird nests that were allowing birds into the home from the dryer vent. He also changed light bulbs and removed hornet nests.     Darren showed up and saved the day! He fixed our ceiling from a leak and repainted it, repaired our AC, replaced the light fixture that was damaged from the leak, and cleaned up after himself..... that is just amazing! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and a very hard worker. He was very pleasant and did his job with a smile. He worked all afternoon until 10 pm. This was the best experience ever!     I been living here for close to 4 years. The management team before McCaw was disappointing. But McCaw is on point. Today Richard from McCaw came by and put me some new blinds up. The ones that were there before were broken and discolored when I moved in. Richard was so pleasant, mannerable and helpful. Please send him here to do all my maintenance that hes capable of doing. Thanx a million. Im feeling better about things getting fixed, makes me being disabled feel safe. I say give Richard a raise or a great Christmas bonus :)

    Whitney Tanner Maintance MGR and her staff are amazing. My AC went out and she had one of her team member come out at like 10 pm to install a window unit for us to be able to sleep. She then had and HVAC tech come to the house next day and had the AC fix in no time. Also property Manager Darla Lydens has been so amazing. All in all McCaw is a property Mgmt company that has been perfect for my family.

    Although my mom has moved out, McCaw still went above and beyond to assist us with a package that was mis-delivered to her old address (the property owned by McCaw). They brought the package inside, rather than leave it outside to the elements, and allowed me the opportunity to go and retrieve it for my elderly & disabled mom! Naomi & Diana worked with me to get this important package my mom needed! Former or current, McCaw treats their clients with professionalism & are always courteous!

    After having some confusion in the beginning of how billing and maintenance are handled, I was able to speak with Jeff Wall and Ricardo Pino, who have fully explained and rectified previous issues. There has been management changes that I believe will be for the greater good of the company and simplifying the process and understanding for the owners/consumers.The company is busy at times but I do find that sending an email allows for a quicker response from the team to respond.Ricardo, thank you for explaining the process of payments and answering all our initial questions and concerns.Jeff, thank you for rectifying issues and taking ownership in the problems that we were addressing. It means alot to us that you showed care, understanding and compassion in our time of need.If you all keep this type of urgency and concern for your clients, this business will flourish even more.

    Ive been renting through McCaw for 3 years now, and I have no issues whatsoever. Weve been so pleased, that we just signed another lease with them as of this month.     McCaw Property Management maintenance/repair team is extremely quick in resolving issues -- most are addressed & resolved the very next business day!I had entered in a maintenance request on their online portal and I received a text acknowledging my request from Victor asking for days/times which are convenient. They dispatched Noe to come out the very next day. Noe was excellent! He took care of the issue in a timely manner and was more than ready to answer any questions I had about the repair process.Ive been a tenant where McCaw Property Management has been the management company for the past three years -- going on fourth!In all honesty, their team does a superb job at communicating and getting the issue resolved as soon as possible.Kudos

The process was seamless, clear directions and very responsive. It’s clear that they care about the properties that they manage and want to ensure they get quality renters. I had missed an item on my paperwork and Darla reached out to me to make note of it. Her communication and updates throughout the process was incredible. Just great customer service, clear contracts & expectations for renters. Such a positive experience for me during a crazy time.     I was with McCaw Property management for about 3yrs. I have to say that my overall experience with them was pretty good! Easy access to view properties, Easy application process, good at communicating in a timely manner, there maintenance team is good and if there is an issue with the landlord they will make efforts to assist the best way they can. Outside of one minor incident with the company, I would definitely recommend to others.

    While I have not moved into the house yet, my experience has been good. It was difficult for my children and me to make an unexpected move, and McCaw approved the application the same day. I worked with Darla, and she was sweet and helpful. They were honest and told me the house was pending inspection. I rated it four stars because of the communication, my situation is urgent, and no one calls to follow up with me; right now, Im clueless but still grateful. Praying we can move in soon; I will update.

    I really love renting from McCaw Properties. They do an awesome job at getting to your work orders and fixing the what ever it is. This is a real good owner, management and work crew. Like I said.. .. They are awsoawe. You would never go wrong renting from McCaw Properties. This is a great great company.

    So far my experience has been nothing but professional and pleasant. I met with Heather to show her my house and place the lockbox on the door this weekend, and have been provided tons of information & assistance on all the details and intricacies of home rental.I feel certain this will be a positive experience, and will report back with updates as things progress.

    I looove McCaw Property Management. First, let me say this- I have never met any person in the office face to face, but their friendliness over the phone or email made me feel like we were friendly co-workers.The online application is very easy and straightforward. Online bill pay is very convenient.On our first day of move in I was greeted with a gift basket. I think those gestures are a great start to building a partnership.Any maintenance issues were handled very promptly! I would get text messages on when someone is coming.Also, they would have someone come twice a year to do maintenance on the HVAC system.The Rhino service that is offered makes it possible to be able to rent a home, and now I own my own home!Thank you Mccaw Properties!
