I paid the fee to view the rental property. I was told it would be ready for viewing 2/10… i reached out 2/10 was told it would be ready 2/14. I get a message 2/13 the house is no longer on the market. The fee was paid to see the house that i never got to see.***updated*** The manger was so helpful & clarified the situation. He didn’t have to but he did and as a potential client i appreciate that!!! Updating to 4 star’s communication is key. -

Very friendly staff. I just didn’t care for the fact that they charge you an application fee for everyone that will reside within the home. That’s something I have never heard of. Each occupant has to fill out an application. So it was cumbersome to duplicate the same information over. Aside from that, they were pretty easy to work with and they returned each call and text. -

Matt is the ABSOLUTE BEST technician Mayco has! He is very polite, professional, and stays until the job is complete. He is very thorough as well. I have informed Kali at Mayco that any issues/problems that I may have going on with the house, I ONLY want Matt as my technician. I’ll wait if I have to. Yes—-he’s just that good! BEST EXPERIENCE PERIOD! I was shocked how intelligent everyone is that I have dealt with. Parrish & Kevin are rich with information. From helping me decide to move forward with either selling or renting my home ... I NEVER FELT MORE AT EASE with my decision. This is my most expensive asset I own yet I felt comfortable after talking with them.******TAKE YOUR TIME AND CALL THEM TODAY******You will like my review after you do. -

I absolutely agree. I was not able to thank him in person because I was trying to reinstall something that MayCo & Matt could have helped me with immediately. Matt, specifically, is to whom I owe a thanks. He was so courteous. Though I was not able to help in the last work he cleaned and swept up the yard after some critical work that I could not attend to. The point being: most people don‘t usually take that initiative, and most don’t. This review is the only remote thanks and amazement I can give seeing as I no longer have a phone. MayCo, thank you too. -

I would like to start off by saying Mayco rental is very professional. I needed maintenance work and I was sent out a GREAT GUT BY THE NAME OF MATT!!!!! He was veryyyyyy professional and right to the point of whatever issues were at hand. I felt very comfortable and I hope any time I need help at my Location.. Keli and Matt have made my moving experience fantastic. I am a person who likes absolute clarity and as long as things are made clear I have a easy time following along. In the past Ive had moving experiences that were nightmare and the only common theme was change but this time keli made it the complete opposite and every thing was smooth sailing . Any concern weve had regarding small issues with the home matt had immediately addressed and corrected. Couldnt have asked for a better experience -

Kevin and his team are managing a few properties for our family. We are extremely pleased with the level of service they provide. If you have a rental property, and are managing it yourself, you need to call these guys. It is well worth the minimal management cost. -

Mayco handles everything, and notifies me with only what I need to know. Very professional in their day to day operations, which I appreciate. I wish I had known about Mayco a long time ago, it wouldve saved me ALOT of headache! -
