Maroon Door Management was exceptional in the sell of our townhouse!Drew took care of everything for us from start to finish, allowing for a fast closing in less than 20 days!! He made ready the townhome for viewing and acted as a superb sellers agent representing our family’s needs in the process! And that was most appreciated since we were 4 hours away, he was ahead of every step everything we needed.I highly recommend Drew and his team as a great resource in the business! He is the best!!

I could not recommend Maroon Door Management enough. Drew Schiller is the best in the business. He was the manager for a home my roommates and I rented for 3 Years. Never have I met a more professional and down to earth person, and he took such good care of us during our time with him. Anytime there was a maintenance issue it was resolved within the day without any troubles. Drew was easy to contact and really truly cares about his tenants. Over the past 3 years we were able to develop a relationship with him and learn that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and has a huge heart for his tenants. We felt so loved and cared for while working with him. Could not recommend him enough if I tried! You will be adequately taken care of and satisfied when using this company.

I highly recommend Maroon Door Management and Drew Schiller! Drew was so helpful and knowledgeable with our land buying experience. Havent dealt with a realtor in many years and he was fantastic! Very down to earth and helped with getting everything in order and dealing with the other agent/seller. Recommend if you are looking for any property in the Brazos Valley area or beyond. Maroon Door Management is seriously the BEST management company in the Bryan/College Station area. More specifically, Drew Schiller. I’ve been living in a house managed by him for 3 years and him & the management company make it super easy to pay rent & anytime I put in a maintenance request, it’s fixed within the day. It’s crazy because every single one of my friends has a problem with their land lord or the management of their house, but I have never had a single problem with them. If you are considering hiring a management company, YOU HAVE TO PICK THIS ONE! They honestly helped me ease into college living by always being there. Even though my house recently got bought and Maroon Door Management is no longer gonna be my managing company (which I’m devastated about), Drew Schiller let me and my roommates know that we still have his number and he will help us if we have any serious issues we need to get fixed. That absolutely shows the character that this managing company has to do all of this for free. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

It was such a low key, non-stressful home selling experience. Drew knew the market and how to get the most for our home. We followed suggestions he had and within a couple days of listing we had two outstanding offers. Drew Schiller represented us well and I would definitely work with him again.

Whenever we needed a maintenance fix or had any questions, they were out to look at the problem or answered our questions right away. If you own a rental property, I highly advise using Maroon Door Management. They are very trustworthy and friendly.
