I have worked with Mariposa Cleaning Services for a few years. Not only are the services top notch but Maria ensures that we are happy at every turn. We needed cleaning services after we renovated our basement and we have enjoyed every service since. We are a house with kids and four dogs so it can be impossible for us to keep up with the house. The work that Mariposa is invaluable to us. Pricing is fair and they have high attention to detail. I wish there were more than five star to give, because Mariposa Cleaning Services deserves more!

We worked with Mariposa for a few months while we started our vacation rental and needed a turn service after each guest. They kept up with the calendar really well, and had multiple cleaners in their group so we were never worried about not being able to be serviced. However, attention to detail was lacking and some basic cleaning (I.e mopping, oven, microwave, dining table) was often overlooked. We really felt like a formal process/checklist could have helped but this was never implemented. Attention to details, and basic necessities such as taking out the trash, restocking supplies, checking the inside of fridge or microwave, vacuuming under bed, and dusting wasn’t being done. Unfortunately, basic housekeeping and vacation rental cleaning (besides just linen service) are completely different needs and we felt their process didn’t meet our needs.

A great company. They’re easy to schedule and make appointments with. The owners are wonderful people that want to deliver the best service they can and they do. They pay close attention to details and want everything to look presentable. I highly recommend using this company.
