Germain Ramia has to be your realtor for your dream home. The best attribute about him is that he is very responsive, almost 24/7. My husband and I were in another state, and he answered our questions as soon as possible, even when I told him that I knew was too early or too late. We did everything remotely, including meetings with him, the status of the house, inspection, and even the closing, and it was a very pleasant process. We had to change the house, and he did not create chaos but, on the contrary, helped us look for another house because we needed it for a particular day. We are so happy with our PointeHome. He speaks Spanish, which was a must for us, but he also speaks both languages (Spanish and English), which was perfect. Anyway... I will never have words to thank him for his attention to us. He is 300% recommended. Now, we are looking for an investment property, and we want him as a realtor.

Was having trouble renting my investment property with ANOTHER COMPANY. MAREG properties came in and had a renter in no time! Took profesional images and informed me step by step when there was a showing. All I do now is collect my $check$ (as it should be) at the end of the month. Will be transferring my portfolio to MAREG a properties. Love the hassle free business model!
