Karli is amazing she got the plumbers out to fix the walk-in bathtub for my elderly mother we rented the house because it had a walk-in bathtub my mother is 85 and its hard to get her in and out of the shower and it wasnt working at the time it was leaking and she sent the plumbers out two or three times before we found the right one that knew what they were doing and they ordered the parts and she made sure that they come out and fixed it right and we really appreciate what shes done for my family manage rent houses was so easy to apply and get into the house that we love and that we hope we hope and plan to stay in for quite a few years if theyll have us thank you so muchWinona & Kevin & mom

I was first hesitant to use Manage Rent Houses due to the initial reviews but I ended up using them anyway due to the competitive property management rate. They managed a single family home for me from 2016 - 2020 and I have NO complaints. They found a GREAT tenant that took wonderful care of my home...which made it easy to sell after they discontinued their lease. They handled everything and went and did inspections when I requested. Would definitely use them again. Not to mention they also found the tenant within a short amount of time.

MRH managed five townhomes for 6 years. They did an amazing job. They never performed a job that didnt need done, maintenance/repairs were always done right and priced low, they were always responsive to calls/emails, I had no issues with reports, and they gave me no bad tenants. I have no complaints. There were several years when most of my units had no repairs performed because I had good long-term tenants that would contact me with issues first.When Hurricane Harvey hit, all my properties were flooded, Wojciech had them fixed them up quickly without me even paying for it, which was a godsend. They did file a lien on my property when I didnt pay, but thats what I deserved... lol. That work was done cheaply as well.I can say one time one of my units went without a tenant for 3 months, but I called them out of concern and they had it filled the next month.I really have no complaints actually. It was a pleasure dealing with them... or not, because you never had to. I attached what was a typical statement looks like, and it shows 11 months of rental income with nothing but management fees!Thanks Wojciech, I think youre the man!

Ive been renting from them for more than a year now and the whole experience is really pleasant. Not being able to pay online is a bit inconvenient but other than that things are perfect. All the work orders got taken care of super quickly. Because I am never late for paying rent so far I havent face to any issue other tenants mentioned about at all. Their employees are very friendly and I would love to keep renting from them.

We have had a positive experience with MRH so far. We moved into a rental house they manage as a result of our previous renthouse (not managed by them) being uninhabitable after Hurricane Harvey. There were many things that needed attention and repairs in the house, all of which were done quickly, and the majority completed within the first week we were there. They have always been pleasant to speak with, and may not always know the answers to my questions immediately, but have done their utmost to help. Olivia has always been pleasant and nice and explained everything to me when asked. The other girls I have spoken with have all been kind.

Update 7/22/18... Here is an update since my last review. I am changing my stars from 1 star to 5 stars. The president of the company called me himself the very next day and addressed all my issues. Not only have i received my deposit back from my previous residence, but the maintenance requests i had in was fixed the very next day also. After everything was fixed he called me back to see if i was satisfied with the work that had been done. Hes a stand up guy and was polite and courteous. Ive also had to add someone to my lease and hes even helped with this process too. Thank you Mr.Wojciech!!This is the worst place to rent from. I had no problems with them at first. Hell I even transferred to another property that was bigger and thats when it went downhill. The people in the office are very rude from the president all the way down to the nimrod that answers the phone. Maintenance issues are not dealt with in a timely manner. A/C isnt considered a maintenance emergency. Spoke with a girl that answered the emergency line, who was very rude and she told me to send in an email and someone would get back to me on the next business day. Well it was a Friday so guess when someone was going to get back to me... MONDAY!! On top of that if you have an issue dont bother trying to speak to someone important cause it aint happening. As soon as my lease is up im out here. i feel sorry for the people that hire this company to rent their property. I am still waiting on my deposit to be refunded for the previous address which i was told it would take 30 days, well its now been over 45 days.

Manage rent houses need to be closed down as a company because they are making America image very poor. They are a group of liars and never maintain the houses as they told landlord. They manage houses poorly, no maintenance request done and overcharge on repair eventually done after months even when the landlord had already paid for it.The worst leasing agency I have ever known. Liars from the receptionist to the president of the company. When you call for issues they will tell you to hold on for hours until you are tired. Landlords please dont use them as they will not let you enjoy your profits on the house. Better Business Bureau need to investigate this company.Broken windows due to storm should be repaired by home owner. As am writing this review, the fence of the house that was affected with the window during that storm has not been repaired. The landlord of the house is loosing the value of this house because of given business to manage rent houses.Manage rent houses are liars and need to stop this untruthful business.Wow. I am going on my second year of renting my home through MANAGErenthouses and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience with their firm. Everyone from the office staff to the owner has been cordial, professional, and very responsive. Their online system for reporting maintenance issues works great and my problems were solved in a timely manner. I would recommend my friends to rent through MANAGErenthouses and if I were going to rent out my own home I would feel more than comfortable in using them as my property management company.

I have had a relationship with this company for a couple of years now, and while I haven’t always been happy with transactions, I have to admit that the company seems to be on an upward tick, making honest efforts at improving their customer/tenant relationships. Mr Kic takes time to personally address the concerns, accepts constructive criticism, and appears to be genuinely concerned with the outcome of each situation. There are a few kinks that still need improvement, but it’s not due to lack of compassion for the tenant.

We have rented from MRHs twice now. They really worked with us, and have been gracious to us. The first house we rented was not well maintained or built well, and there were a lot of problems with it. We ended leaving that property and rented from a TOTAL slum lord for 2.5 years. ) We started looking to rent a newer property to avoid the repairs issue, and found the house were in now. Needless to say, we love being back with MRH after such an awful experience. I love the low deposit they offer, since moving costs so much to begin with. The process of getting into the house both times was pain free and fast. Anytime weve had an issue, someone came relatively quickly. I think its important to understand that while MRH is the people you call for repairs, they are not the owners of the house. The owner has to approve work and pay for it. If they cant or wont, thats not MRHs fault.The only thing I wish were different, even though I understand why they dont, is that they would take payments online. Other than that, we are very thankful to be in this house and love it! Thanks MRH!Erin C.

I just listed my home for rent and expected that I might have to wait for a while to find good renters. Several houses nearby have had for lease signs in front for months. We have a lease signed in only 3 days! The whole process has been completely painless!
