Malone & Associates are the absolute best for new home owners and the well seasoned! We have had the privilege of having Mary help us buy two homes and sell one home. She had our home under contract in less than 5 days! Mary is professional, punctual, honest, and readily available to answer all questions or concerns. Malone & Associates stand out from the rest because they are extremely diligent and ethical. I can always count on Mary to give honest insight so that I can make the best buying and selling decisions for my family. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to buy or sell with.

Matthew Malone & his team have brokered 5 deals for me personally over the years. My husband and I always go back to them because, honestly, Matt is always 100% honest and his work speaks for itself. He’s never “just trying to get a sale”, he actually cares about people and makes his clients a priority. On top of that, his work ethic and business savvy are stellar. I have been long impressed with his negotiating skills, ensuring that we get the best bang for our buck both buying and selling. Matt worked diligently for over a year to get our house sold. We had some problems with the house and he was faithful to disclose all the particulars with any potential buyer. He kept us up to date on everything and was able to sell our very old historic home for a fair price. I ended up considering Matt a friend and not just a business contact.

Matt Malone is a genuine craftsman of his trade! Service this great just like on eBay deserves an AAA+++ rating at a minimum!!!Background:Historically I have wrongly minimized the importance of the realtor role in a real-estate transaction (I.E: purchase, lease, least to purchase etc). All my previous transactions never had anything go wrong and from the outside looking in it seemed as if the realtor had a fairly simple part in the process.That was until you have a transaction transition from good, bad, worse to finally harassing. Long story short is I was LOTTERY WINNER lucky to have had Matt handling our affairs from beginning to end.His incredible preparation, communication and contract setup that at the time I thought was overkill and excessive turned out to be our rock-solid saving grace.
