I have to share my story. From first contact to now the staff at magnolia rentals has been an absolute standout!! I had many request, some of them they would pay for others I would. In navigating through all the request the high level of friendliness and professionalism made everything seem seamless.I cant even tell you how many calls I made to Lauren Gonzalez and she was always friendly, helpful and professional. This move could have been very stressful but thanks to Lauren it wasnt.I cant say enough good about Magnolia Rentals and anticipate a long and enjoyable stay.

Completing my 2nd year renting with Magnolia and I have no complaints. They respond to maintenance requests quickly. They take tenant concerns over safety seriously. They communicate very well through email and thru text message when needed. Excellent property management.

In 2020 I rated them 5 stars.In 2023 I rated 1 star. There was serious communication issues and some other agreements were not being upheld.In 2024 I rate them 4 stars. Since the 1 star we had a few tough conversations and since then they have rolled out a pretty great automated system, and they upload all documents.Overall I would now recommend them to friends.

Bravo! 👌🏻I’ve been renting for a few years now and by far Magnolia Rentals is King when it comes to treating their tenants with respect. I can be a bit picky at times when it comes to repairs and small details and such, but when I say that they’re on it, THEY’RE ON IT!! The previous tenants before I moved were pretty bad and left the place a complete mess! Janet was very direct and quick when it came to my urgency to move in. Throughout the pandemic many hiccups came about with my finances and I will openly say that Magnolia was always very professional. To all of their staff I want to say I’m extremely grateful especially Claudia, Martin and Janet Gomez!! If you’re renting for the first time, they won’t belittle you and make you feel bad. They truly did provide an excellent experience for me while I was there. Everything was fair from repairs, deposit , rent and always with a genuine smile. I thank Magnolia Rentals for a positive time.

I was a tenant with Magnolia Rentals for 2 years and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond and always get back to you in a timely manner in regards to maintenance request. Janet is absolutely amazing and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Magnolia Property Management. Never ever had a problem. If you’re looking for friendly, helpful and experienced personnel to help you with nice/clean apartments then you should definitely contact them.

Even moving into my apartment now, they’re still extremely professional and attentive. Plus the maintenance man is really awesome, fast & replies quickly. He’s literally there within a day or less. Recently I encountered a personal hardship, and the management were not only willing to work with me, but they also went above and beyond to help me find alternative solutions. I’ve never experienced that kind of effort and compassion at any of previous properties I’ve resided in. Highly recommend this property to anyone in the market.

I have really enjoyed the support and customer service that our subdivision has received from Mary Ann at Magnolia Property Management. Mary Ann follows up with me consistently on any pending issues and is very knowledgeable about the subdivision and pending projects. She maintains a good working relationship with the board, which in turn helps me and other owners get our questions answered.Maintaining the standards in your subdivision is crucial and I appreciate that Mary Ann has shown a commitment to doing everything in her power to keep those standards in our subdivision.

Reading other people’s reviews makes me feel sorry for them. I, on the other hand, have been very satisfied with the services we have got. We just moved in and I haven’t had any problems. Yes there’s spiders and bugs here and there, but what do people expect? We live out in a field and with time the critters will find a new home away from the apts. Some one mentioned how AT&T and spectrum services are not up and running in my area, yet I’m using my spectrum WiFi to type this review out. All in all I really like it here. I appreciate the peace in quite. Thank you to the ladies at the main office for being attentive and on top of things. They made our move easy and fast. Y’all are doing a great job.

The HOA in my subdivision is managed by Magnolia Property Management. Ive served on the board of my association for 4 yrs. now and they have been nothing but helpful during the time of my service. The staff and administration are attentive to our issues and facilitate all necessary processes in a timely manner. They take the time to educate board members and even include/invite us to trainings. Of course this is all on a voluntary basis on my part and that is what I recommend all active residents, tenants and board members to attempt to do. Be involved and advocate for your association. There is only so much they can do - and I can confidently say they go above and beyond to fulfill THEIR duties.

During this pandemic, they are sending strangers who might be infected with Covid 19 into customers apartments. Very poor choice for our well being!Update, they have made it possible to do the apartment appraisal by photo and text! This is very helpful. I wish in emergency situations for the disabled they’d try there hardest to push through if the other applicants have a roof over there head and are able to wait the extra week vs the ones already in a car living status..I pd the application fee for one apartment saw it as I was given code to two called excited about it to find out it was rented never to be shown then i saw second one called excited to find out there’s more than 1 ahead as I’m on SSI AND A former property manager for several Tax credit properties I hope if they toss my application knowing my living status with not only myself but two disabled boys thst they return my app fee as I only rely on THAT income. Crazy thing Is I’m close to the mayor and all that sit at the table I pray they do the right thing and not just give the run around .

Arantza Garcia Vela monitors all aspects of our homeowners’ association and can often be found physically “walking” the property, a factor NEVER experienced with the former management company.
