Just recently moved and working with Magnolia Property Management has been such a breeze! They have been so kind, prompt, and super helpful. Ive personally met several of the people there and each of them are so friendly and made us feel like a priority as their tenant! So happy to have found this company! We LOVE our house and the neighborhood!

Excellent residence, I would return 100 more times and I take the opportunity to publicly congratulate them so that they keep their properties in excellent condition as always. there are no bad companies, there are simply people who do not know how to live within cleanliness. congratulations !

Ive rented with Magnolia for quite a few years now. I have always had a good experience with the employees. They all have been very kind and helpful. Whenever something needs to be fixed, maintenance gets it done in a timely manner. I dont understand all of these negative comments. They have multiple properties that needs tending too and I completely understand that the need to fix someones air conditioning unit is more of a priority than fixing small simple things. But my experience with them has been great!

So my rental property was just put under Magnolia about a week ago but they have been doing a great job so far. I had a broken refrigerator, messed up air conditioner, and a pest problem that the former company was dragging its’ feet on and Magnolia had people out here fixing it all one day after I told them about it! Awesome change and really impressed.

Ive been renting from them for 5 years now. They have very fair pricing even in a market where price gouging is both rampant and evident. Maintenance is never slow to move to fix anything.
