Gumaro is an outstanding person to have on The Riley. He’s always an outgoing and positive person and is always active in keeping our community a clean, welcoming, supportive environment. He’s always checking up on us to make sure that our living environment is in great condition so if given the chance, I personally want to say a big thank you to our friend Gumaro!

This is a great community to live at. Maintenance is very responsive and any issues Ive had living here have always been given immediate attention. David with maintenance at the Riley has never failed to call or text me when there are problems with my garage/unit. Even when I have had packages delivered to my door while Im gone, he makes sure to call me and put it inside my unit. Additionally, Kristen with the front office has always made me feel like a priority with any problems I have had in the past related to my lease.

Im impressed by Gumaro , I lived on different properties over the last 20 years, and I have never seen a person like Gumaro keeping himself busy , I wish I had his energy to keep working everyday .

You don’t have to worry about anything suspicious or shady in their application/agreements like other apartment complexes. I got completely blindsided by another apartment complex with fees and paid thousands of dollars to get out of my lease and ended up moving to Bishop Highline. Magnolia was so upfront and accommodating to all my questions/concerns about their policies/agreements. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, everything is clear and fair and you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and the apartment I got was far nicer than any other I spent way too much on. I will never sign with another Greystar owned apartment complex.

The ENTIRE Maintenance Team at Magnolia Henderson and Moser; Peak, Pem, Dung and Darryl are FANTASTIC! I couldn’t ask for a better team. They are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the property and residents, and are very pleasant. Requests are responded to extremely quickly and completed with the highest level of standards and satisfaction. I highly recommend living here as both maintenance and management are amazing! Keep up the great work!

I would just like to say that Im devastated that Macy, Devynn, Chris & Herbert will be leaving us here at Presidio RE. They have set the bar so high that I have a hard time believing that the new property management company coming in will be able to meet it. Working with this team as a tenant & apartment locator has been an absolute dream. From the quick response times to communication & maintenance requests, well maintained grounds and extremely friendly service & atmosphere - its clear that theyre passionate about what they do for MPC and their residents. I wish them all well on their new endeavors & am crossing my fingers that this place doesnt get turned upside down!

I LOVE Magnolia! Devynn and her team were not only the industry standard but they are quite literally the most communicative, well trained, and caring team Ive dealt with. People should RUN not walk to have Devynn Webb take care of their properties.
