I have lived here for 5 years now. I have always felt safe and enjoy my experience in this complex. They have the best maintenance team that they have had in years currently. Susan and Barbera go above and beyond expectations to help each resident when and where they can and their team is consistent in taking care of business to the best of their ability seeing as the ratio of employees to residents is 1:133 roughly. They be small but they be mighty!!! Over the years I have watched a transformation of residents and today I am well to say that this complex is peaceful and compliant with the ground rules. LETS GO TEAM MAGNOLIA!!

Magnolia apartments was a pretty awesome place to stay. I enjoyed living there with my mom and the managers were always super nice and helpful. I had to leave due to my moms passing but if Im ever in Shreveport and need to stay I would go back to then.Pros:Generally clean grounds.Swimming pools are opening up.Maintenance are hard working and friendly.Management will try to help any way they can.Dog friendly environment.Cons:There are a few noisy people that have loud sound systems. But its not often.The laundry room needs work. The machines seems to be broken all the time. The machines are maintained by a third party.The livingroom (at least in my apt.) Does not have a light in it. Not built with any source light at all.Overall:For the price and location its a pretty nice place to stay in Shreveport.

I have lived here for going on four years now. The staff has worked their butts off to insure that all residents are taken care of in the order of which maintenance requests are received. I am honestly appalled by any one leaving reviews claiming that their business isn’t handled correctly. It is. There are things that are up to residents personally such as caring for this property and not littering LET ALONE LITTERING THE EARTH IN GENERAL. If you use the washing machines and dryers correctly (SMALL LOADS!!!!) then they work just fine. I have seen and experienced overloading the washing machines both here and…. Every other place where a washer and dryer isnt owned personally and THAT is common sense. Do smaller loads of laundry. Also, community machines are not supposed to be used to wash floor rugs and other heavy items. Some people are so disrespectful and difficult because they are ego driven rather than driven by light, life, and love. The staff has seen many hardships and have continued to push through in support of the residence here. They have Halloween goodies for the kiddos, they always have snacks and coffee and their pools are in tip top condition. NOW!! if we would like to discuss the neighboring property of SUMMER TRACE and what a hole in the wall complex that place is then the floor is open for debate. EVERY BUSINESS HAS A SET BUDGET. They do what they can when they can however they can and are fully functional as a cooperative team.

This is hands down the best apartment I’ve lived at in Shreveport (and I used to live at champion lake). Management is always on top of the property and I’ve seen maintenance actively clean the grounds. The amenities are very nice including two pools and a nice tennis court. Management has been AMAZING and accommodating to our pet and service animal. Stopping by the office is such a delight and we are always greeted with a warm cup of Joe and our pup gets delicious treats. The grounds additionally have multiple doggie cleaning stations and nice grassy areas for the pup to go on a sniff safari.Anytime we had something that called for maintenance they would show up the very same day and fixed it. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to call home.

The dryers never work so don’t plan on having anywhere to dry your clothes unless you go to the laundromat. You’ll have to turn the dryer on at least three times to get your clothes fully dry if you do choose to dry them here. But otherwise that, I like living here! It’s quiet and cozy. The staff is always nice and helpful too. I would recommend to anyone just starting out.

We just had a fire here recently and Have to give it up to Randee Webster and Amber Holt!!! Some of the best apt managers I have ever had. Made this move smooth and really went above and beyond during the whole ordeal to make it less stressful for us. The ladies along with the amazing maintenance team put in late nights to get everyone effected into new apartments. Highly recommend the Villages of Williamsburg for anyone looking for an apartment to move too!!!!

Management here has always been welcoming, professional, and down right the most hard working team that I have seen here in Shreveport! They always get maintenance done in a timely manner, as well as keep their residents updated. They also work hard to help you with your work, family, and other schedules you have to help get you what you need!

I contacted the property about moving an spoke with Mrs Barbara….. I toured the property an it was clean an quiet… She made my application process very easy an very simple… I had 0 issues she was the nicest leasing agent I had ever spoken too… I look forward to living at this property as it close to my family also… I just want to say thank you again Mrs Barbara for making me feel so welcome an calling magnolia my new home.. Kudos to you an your team… Professionalism at its finest..

Loved living here while I was in the military, only issue was a VERY FEW ignorant neighbors. The company had no issue working with me if i needed to end my lease due to last minute orders. Management was very friendly. Will definitely live here again if im unfortunate and get stuck in Shreveport again :-)

I moved in on 9\1\16 and my fiance and I love it. It is very quiet,safe, and family friendly the office staff and maintenance crew are nice and very helpful. I would recommend this apartment complex to all my friends.

Definitely the best apts ive stayed in i had a townhouse and let me tell u i would literally go sit and talk to Barband Suz in the morning with a cup of coffee ive been here for a little over 2 months anytime i had questions they answered with no hesitation they came wen requested. I havent had a single complaint
