The Princess North Water St apartments are very old so they try their best to maintain them. Allen is a very nice and Professional individual along with Michelle and Dominique does an excellent job at the front desk. She puts in work requests when you ask for them and David Garza is one of the best and polite Maintenance person that they have taking care of the properties. He is somewhere around 21 years of age but knows his job very well. My thermostat was flashing low battery and he came up and changed the batteries plus gave me Roach traps for my floor because I saw a few. The team here in Corpus Christi do am excellent job of maintaining the properties as well as they can. Thank you guys for responding to the tenants in a highly professional way. I am retired from the USNavy and I would hire Dominique and David Garza to work at my company if I had one. Keep up the great work ! The only complaint I would have is they need a phone number for emergency Maintenance if their was a water leak or another type emergency.

Ive had a great living experience and have lived on property for many years. I know for a fact that some of these reviews are left by my neighbors who werent able to afford rent and are just looking to bash the management company. Maintenance comes quickly to tend to any issues that I have and the girls in the office are always so kind. 5 stars.

I recently moved to the Princess Apartments managed by Mac Lamar because the word was out that they had hired an experienced customer relations property manager who found a reasonable solution to any problem or complaint (she was my friends former property manager and said she kept her properties ON POINT). I work in the downtown area, so this location is perfect! I reached out through my friend who reached out to her former property manager and I was called IMMEDIATELY by her leasing assistant. He was very professional and quick to set appointment to show me available units. As I moved in, I did get to see the property manager in action. She introduced herself as she directed the maintenance staff while posting notices on doors to let people know the condo building is Smoke-Free. Which I really appreciate because I hate smokers smell. Then I realized what my friend said about her keeping properties on point. So far so good!!

I worked with Krystal in Dallas. Krystal was amazing! She listened to my situation and found me a suitable home for me and my daughter. It took less than 24 hours to submit an application and get an approval! I am starting my lease this week and cannot wait! Would reccommend them to anyone needing a home!

Im Joe. 1519 Annex Ave. I love my apartment. Yea its in East Dallas but I love my apartment. I havent had any problems. The staff has my back from the office manager and staff, to the maintenance crew. I cant speak for nobody else but thank you guys for all that you do for me.

I didnt meet the qualifications for the property I was interested in, so I will not be actually renting with Mac Lamar, BUT the guest service was amazing! Ms. Gabriela was very informative, polite, and quick to respond.
