M-Squared management has been managing my properties for going on two years. When calling around looking for a management company, I talked to Jessica. I knew I wanted her and her team to manage my properties because she was really knowledgeable about her business and sounded like she really cared! I was right! M-Squared management manages three of my properties and they have exceeded my expectations. Jessica always goes higher than what I think I could get for rent. They have a system that works and I’ve had good tenants and no major problems. There have been minor issues that go with renting, but Jessica and her team handles all those issues with professionalism and care. M-Squared management has taken the stress of being a landlord off my plate. I trust her and the company completely and I am excited for them to manage more of my future properties.

Best rental management company! I received my full deposit back after 2 years of living there. Our rent never increased. They responded anytime we needed anything. We were able to purchase our dream home after this rental - thank you Jessica!

Best. Team. Ever. And I mean it…Dallas Investor who blind called and lucked my way into the best support team and property management company ever.Mike and Jessica and rest of the crew are ‘good-people’, and salt of the earth, honest, passionate, and most of all professional. They do their jobs with the level of quality and handling that I would do myself, and I can honestly say I rarely find someone that would even care to do the job, the way I would.I’ve made it a life’s mission to save more money, and buy more properties, just so that m-squared can manage them. As I have that much confidence and trust that I will invest my future in them.It’s being good people and professionalism, it’s trust and execution. Absolutely the best ever. They make being a landlord easy and take all the worries out. When there is an issue they are fast, professional, prompt, efficient, and valued. Jessica goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is taken care of and things are done right. Makes me want to get more properties for them to manage. Hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with.
