They arent as bad as people say. We had a issue it took a little time they are short handed on maintenance but they did come through and help us fix the things that was wrong!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Pay your rent and you won’t have problems. If something breaks you give them a call and they’ll send someone out. They have a lot of properties, be patient. The two receptionist are very nice and helpful. Lynn’s is also one of the only reality companies in Waco with decent rent prices anymore. If youre looking for some fancy well manicured properties go some where else and pay the 2200 per month in rent they’ll be asking.

Weve lived in the same house owned by Lynn Properties for 12 years, weve only been late on rent maybe 6 times the entire time when laid off from the Oil Field. Most of people that I hear complain about the office or problems they have with Lynn Prop. are typically and or constantly late on there rent. What manager/owner is going to jump and fix anything if your not paying your bills on time...? Majority of the time if weve had a problem with the house weve notified the office about the issues the proper way per housing authority regulations and we had a response or problem fixed within a week (i.e. Entire Roof replaced, A.C. & Blower replaced, cabinets replaced, windows replaced, plumbing fixed,...). If I can fix it I will, cause a lot of issues and problems come from the tenants carelessness and shouldnt be at the cost of the owner. If you treat things as your own and take care of them less problems. If you treat people with respect you get respect!

Well the properties are not in the best condition because of how tenants treat the property. I personally think if you dont like it dont live there why waste time complaining no one is forcing you to live there like seriously..but I have no complaints they do the best they can. I have had a good experience with Lynn property all I can say is be patient they have tons of properties they will get to you. I think they do a great job I have not one complaint.

These people will be hearing from my lawyer and they will be on the news after I get done with them! you can mess with my feelings and my time but when it comes to MY money I promise you that YOU will NOT mess with mine and MY FAMILYS MONEY!!!! DO NOT RENT from them the customer service is awful, they will tell you one thing and then they will totally do the opposite they will tell you that your a liar even when you have proof to show them that they messed up they will charge you a despite tell you that they will fix it and then when you move in they will NOT fix things I paid $400 for a deposited and was still out $500 of my OWN pocket when I asked if they could refund me some of my money back for paying to have the lawn professionally mowed the guy named mike told me no then said that if I didnt like the fact that they would not give some money back for the lawn I could come get my money back and move out!!! But when I tried to do what he told me to do they said they would have my money the next day they straight lied to my face it has now been 3 days and that house was more clean and maintained before I moved in I paid a total of $1290.00 they are only giving me $890 back I lived there for 2 weeks max and did the repairs my self after I sent in the work order almost 3 weeks ago this place is a joke and needs to be put OUT of business!!!

When i had nowhere else to go Lynns rented to me. No the houses arent the best, but its better than being on the street. I came in 30 minutes before closing to fill out paperwork i was oit of there 2 minutes before 530. The lady was never rude. She was nothing but polite and didnt mind my anxiety rambling.

Ok Ashley. What ever makes you happy..Well. I just checked laughing my ass off.... Im wrong laughing again. This is why you live in a home that you are not supposed to be. talk about the park manager fine guess what your no award winning mom yourself. I know for a fact you do the same . Oh and by the way keep doing the drugs . We all know you do . Trust me when I say I know alot more than you think...Check your self before you talk about others. Just because your life aint a bed of roses doesnt mean you can make others as bad as yours. Going around taking pictures of their peoples kids without consent of parents . Such low lifes.. said my peace oh and the offer is still there about meeting and talking but I know you and your husband so I know you wont. Have a fabulous day and a good Christmas...Well Nicole, let me take a shot in the dark. You are friends with the ones in the homes you mentioned or should I say was. Please tell me when this park got those citations and where the trash piles are. Lot of the stuff you posted pretty much is a flat out lie. Oh yes by the way I know who you are. I know you got evicted and still live in the park with someone else because neither you or your husband have a job. As for the park manager you have no clue what happened so do yourself a favor and stop the bull crap. If you really want to talk about these issues with someone who lives in the park and sees what goes on feel free to meet at the mail boxes that is not far from where you live in the park. I would love to hear your story in person.

My mom and sister both rent from her, and they work with u, they are understanding and they seem really nice. Also they believe in privacy and will not give out your information. Which is a big plus

We have been renting from Lynn Properties for over a year, and while I dont live in a 5 start neighborhood I would like to share our experience here, as soon as we moved in we noticed some of the outlets in the house were not working, we notified management and they had someone out to fix it about a week later.... about two months ago our dishwasher went out, then a week later one of the toilets started leaking, all the skirting around the house started falling apart from animals running underneath the house and some of our lights started flickering... yes a huge list and to top it off two days before our family easter party a water line burst in our other bathroom, we called Lynn Properties and they had someone out the next morning to fix the busted water line, I them told them about all the other problems we were having and I am amazed to say that they are finishing up the new sturdier skirting around the house tomorrow they fixed the leaking toilet in our bathroom and rewired part of the house to fix the flickering lights and they are delivering a new dishwasher next week.... less than two weeks after we notified them of the problems and they are just about done fixing everything! I feel that that is an amazing turn around for a company that owns multiple properties and while I see all the negative reviews I just cant say that we have had any issues like others have experienced, thanks Lynn Properties for giving my family a safe, affordable, spacious place to live so that we can afford to save for a house of our own.... nothing but praise on our end!

I have been renting from them for 3 years now, have had 0 issues so far, had a pipe burst on a Friday night around 11, the first year staying at the rental house, they had a worker there Saturday morning to fix it.
