I absolutely love the management team! I feel that do everything they can to help you get into a place, and they are always so friendly. I’ve rented with them for years and I have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone!

You pay your rent on time and dont tear the place up, you never see or hear from them. Good maintenance dept that gets there quickly to repair the problem, and overall nice places. If you dont pay your rent or break your lease, these folks dont play. You will be evicted promptly and your things will wind up on the curb. I believe that they also accept ex-cons when most places in the area dont. 500.00 non refundable pet deposit. I personally think thats a bit excessive. To wrap it up, Ive rented from LVR for 8 years and am happy to give them a 5 star rating.

Love Love Love the property managers that work in the office for this company especially Mrs cece very respectful and reasonable lady to deal with when going through any tenant or problems as whole renting can be stressful but she does her best always to make sure her customers needs are satisfied and this company as a whole period you pay your rent you oblige by the rules and you never literally hear anything from them have been treated with so much grace and respect from the company alone highly recommend leasing through them

LVR is great to work with and rent from. Everyone in the office has been so friendly and easy to work with. I had a maintenance issue recently that was dealt with so professionally and promptly, and they made sure I was comfortable and happy with the solution the whole time. They have been really accomodating and helpful every step of the way.

The folks at LVR have been great. My wife and I relocated to central Texas last year and needed a place quickly after our house we planned to move into fell through. They were able to work with us and got us in SAME DAY. We are in a newer townhouse in Temple (and it is very reasonable compared to the nearby options), and the place is just perfect for my wife, myself, and our dog. They do allow online payments (which we do every month) although there is a fee associated with it, even if you pay via ACH. We have had a couple maintenance requests over the year or so we have been here, and everybody that has been out to our place has been delightful to work with and is always able to solve the issue. I will say it can be a little challenging to get ahold of them sometimes, but the customer service is great. Crystal and Cindy are the two people in the office we have worked with during our time here, and they have both been great and fast.Thank you LVR for everything! It has been great living at our place.

05/01/2024 My air conditioning decided to go out about a week after the tornado so I tried to hold off long as I could due to Temple High School Graduating today till I just could not take it anymore I called the after hours number left a message and seems as soon as I set my phone down the maintenance guy Mr, Bryan was already knocking at my door he was so professional and very much helpful even after me asking so many questions 🤣 So I felt it was only right that he along with the property manager Ms,Cece Deserved a 5 star review only cause 10 stars aren’t possible….

Pretty nice place. I lived in a duplex and I never heard my neighbors through the walls. I have two dogs (one large, one medium) and while the deposits are pretty steep i got a full refund by just doing a thorough cleaning in the house after move out (it did take like just over 30 days past move out to get my check though). also they didn’t charge pet rent which is nice. i never had to call maintenance, if you pay your rent on time you won’t ever see them. the online payment system does charge a (in my opinion) hefty fee so i recommend just dropping off a check to the office to avoid the fees. never had issues with pests except the occasional ant or spider. i also had two lizards that made it inside the house and they’re kind of hard to get out but pretty harmless. there was a shocking amount of door to door salesmen though, they’re kind of pushy i just started ignoring them. my neighborhood was behind the lowe’s and mall and it was super quiet besides the occasional loud car. some of the people in the office are super nice and some are a little more short, but they always got it done.

I cant thank this realty enough for what they did for me. My wife had signed a lease, gave a deposit and first months rent. Four days before moving in she was diagnosed with Brain cancer and our lives completely changed that day. Including her losing her job. I went to this realty in hope that they could help me cancel lease and return our money, I knew the chances were slim due to us signing but I would at least try. I will forever be grateful for the secretary that helped me. She talked to owner and they completely refunded me when I needed it most. They were very understanding and helpful. Great realty, great customer service and great people.

When it comes to professional service LVR surpasses the average property management expectation. The office itself is beautiful and the reps always welcome you with a smile.Elizabeth worked with me on my lease/rental and she is an awesome representation of how a company should deliver great customer service to a client. She was professional, kind, and courteous. She also explained in detail everything from the lease/rental agreements and what to expect on signing day. Elizabeth did a great job keeping us informed about our rental and provided us with any information we asked for.Definitely would reccomend LVR to anyone looking for a professional property management company to rent from. (Ask for Elizabeth! You wont be disappointed!)

My experience with LVR has been a great experience! From the beginning to the end. I moved from California to Texas and Elizabeth was very helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns and also had no problem with my daughter helping me during the process. I recommended my cousin to Elizabeth as well and she was very helpful. I would recommend this company and Elizabeth to anyone. She’s awesome.

We have rented a home from this management company for three years and have had a good experience with their office personnel and quick responses to any problems or repairs needed in the home. We make it a point to always be timely with our rent checks and in turn they have responded quickly to us and one time even waved a fee because of our track record. Any negative comments that have been made in reviews are the complete opposite of our experience. We have been completely satisfied.

My experience has been positive with management. The staff is friendly and professional. My duplex is nice and well maintained. I called about a maintenance problem and repair was done in 24 hours. Management takes care of lawn service and the staff do a good job. I do wish rent payments can be done online in the future.

We appreciate everyone’s collaborative efforts working behind the scenes as it specifically related to my daughter’s situation, because it was not a simple task.We want to send a personal “Thank You!” to Elizabeth. We want everyone to know that we would not have made it through this process without your remarkable customer service and professionalism from day #1. I know as a mother, disabled veteran, cancer survivor, & a healthcare professional that without a doubt my daughter would have been homeless if not for you. Your patience, diligence, expertise, hard work, guidance, willing to go above, beyond & more…. doing it all seamlessly and efficiently was not just because it was your job. It was because of exactly who you are, “You are an exceptional individual!”Elizabeth was very proactive, kept us informed at every stage of the process, extremely efficient, professional and never hesitated to go a step further. LVR management has some nice and well maintained rental properties. Elizabeth in the leasing office is very nice and helpful. She was great to work with from finding the right property to getting the lease signed and the move in went well. The office staff is always able to answer my questions. I can only speak for myself, not others and their positive or negative experience (s). I have lived in the Leon Valley one bedroom apartments for about two or three years. My experience (s) have/ has been very pleasant and positive... not once have I had any complaints regarding the staff, property management, or maintenance not being diligent in making repairs in a timely manner and/or being professional and friendly, etc.My ONLY complaints are about the floor plan design of the apartments.... whoever did the floor plan design of these apartments MUST have been a man who has never set up house keeping... the apartment is design for a single person ONLY as for as Im concerned... nor designed for long term living, great for transitional housing.... in that, there is NO kitchen storage space for food (pantry), or shelves for dishes, no closet doors, the only bathroom is in the master bedroom which does not allow for much privacy if you have guests. No bathroom towel racks, or a place to place a standing towel rack. There is a nice outdoors storage but this does no good if you have things such as food or dishes that need to be stored for household use and purposes or clothing, and there is no closet in bedroom....The apartments look nice and roomy, but I think much consideration should have been given in a different floor plan design layout for wisely using more outside ground space in building, so the inside apartment would have more storage space for housekeeping purposes, kitchen dining space, kitchen cabinets and for proper closet doors. Bad idea to put the only bathroom in the apartment in the master bedroom without doors to closet. Odors and scents are not good for clothing... Also, most households have two cars, there is only parking for one car, none for guest parking.If youre single and dont have a lot of STUFF, I would recommend these apartments. If you dont collect STUFF or have a lot of clothes, or dont have a lot of furniture, then this is a great place. I rate the staff and property management 5 stars, floor plan design 2 1/2 stars....

LVR has been nothing but helpful. Yes their deposits may be a little higher but theyre taking a chance on people with not so perfect credit. Ive enjoyed living here and if I ever need anything or need to make arrangements the ladies in the office are always there to help. I will be moving from my duplex to a house in the beginning of next year and hope to stay with LVR!!!

When I first moved to Temple I was in a rush to find something, and I ran across LVR. I instantly felt a connection with the girls at the front desk, they were so nice and helpful. Its not easy moving to a new town and being a single mom, it can be stressful. I felt they went above and beyond to help me in any way possible, not only finding me a place to live. Im sad to leave my duplex because theyve been nothing but great to me. When looking for a place to live, remember most people only make a review if they are bitter, and unhappy. 1st of i want to say i havent rented nor lived in tx yet. But we r in the process of moving there. If i could give this place 20 stars i would due to effect that how an incredible costumer service i received from a yound lady name JACKIE 😊 she was extremely helpful and even gave me an Advice and guidance about the neighborhood Ive been shopping around for rentals over 2 months now and its been so stressful. Thanks to her now we r so relieved and packing for our new home. A good customer service to me is when a person goes above and beyond I think she did way more than that. With her words I trust and believe that we are going to be so satisfied with our new home. Most people tend to put bad reviews when bad things happen and not a lot puts good comments when good things happen and I feel that this lady and her customer service needs to be recognized. Nice place to live! The fee to pay rent online is too expensive $35, so it leaves you no other choice but to get a money order 68 cents and drop it in the night deposit box. However, LVR fix things right away and inform you when the lawn service is coming out ahead of time.

We have enjoyed living in the duplex that they told us about. We have had a few issues with the place but called and they were quick to get it fixed. The secuirty deposit is reasonable they base it off you credit/rent history. The ladies in the office are always nice. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that doesnt play games and the tenants come first. Thank yiu
