    Jilayana was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped us acquire a commercial lease for our new med spa and she couldn’t have been more professional and efficient throughout the entire process. From the first preliminary meeting, through listing, staging, showings, offers...etc...Jilayna was dedicated to keeping everyone informed and offered sound advice.     We are so happy and thankful to have been introduced to Megan. She went above and beyond our expectations. We looked at numerous properties and many of them were far away and out in the middle of nowhere. Megan never hesitated to make those distant drives to show us the properties we were interested in. Once we found the home we liked, there were so many issues with the sellers and the house that we didn’t think we’d be able to get it. Megan was relentless on making sure all of the issues were resolved and we finally closed on the house.
