I was a tenet with Lodge Properties for a little over 5 years. As with any house, problems do arise, but my property manager, Rene, was always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or issues that I had. Rene’s communication was prompt and professional, she even made sure to instruct the maintenance guy to be as quiet as possible when my dog was in the house recovering from a surgery. I was always given a heads up whenever anyone from Lodge needed to enter the house. Once I bought my own house, Rene made the transition and end of residency smooth and easy. I enjoyed my time as a tenet with Lodge thanks to a great property management team.

Rene and the team at Lodge Properties made our experience in our Furnished Rental in Fort Worth so enjoyable! The communication was amazing, and any issues or questions we had were addressed so quickly. We also really enjoyed having an easy payment method via their portal. Highly recommend staying in one of Lodge Properties beautiful rentals!

About a year ago I reached out to Rene about a property listed for rent. She met my son and I and showed us on a Sunday. While the property wasn’t a great fit for us, Rene listened to our needs and showed us a property that was coming open in a few months… and it ended up being a perfect fit. We moved in April, and I am in love with our home. Rene and Lodge have been ideal over the last 9 months and I’m just so happy we signed a two year lease. I’ll renew forever and stay with them as long as I can. I’ve been renting since my divorce 4 years ago, and we have had some crazy landlords. This company is just wonderful.

I’ve been renting with Lodge Properties for about 8 years now and the experience and memories has been great! The property manager Rene Sanders is so kind an a hard working person and super helpful when you need her and is always on time when anything goes wrong with the properties an very patient. Would definitely recommend renting from Lodge Properties.

The property mngr Rene Sanders is always so pleasant and professional! Not to mention the service she provides comes with unlimited smiles. It’s rare that I need anything fixed but when I do she never makes me feel like a bother and it always gets done in a timely manner. Any concerns or questions that I may have had she is always prompt and courteous & for this I am constantly reminded that there are genuinely good people left in the world and not automated services. Our first home was one that we rented through Lodge Properties and I can’t thank them enough for making it such a good experience! They were quick to make sure everything was perfect before we moved in, and any time we had issues, they were there same day or next to fix! Rene is so kind and takes care of you 1000%! Move out process was also amazingly easy. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Lodge properties had been very attentive and responsive throughout our 3 years of renting with them. We appreciate the full communication they provided as landlords. Rene is specifically who we communicate with and she has been more than amazing. Her knowledge of the property and caring attitude has made us have a great experience. The company even took the time to walk through the house after we moved in to see if there were any updates needed with fire alarms and such. I have never had this amount of transparency and professionalism while renting until meeting their staff.Overall, I would recommend Lodge properties to any of my family and friends because of the wonderful service they continue to offer.

We’ve rented with Lodge for almost 4 years and have always found them to be very responsive and helpful! Rene is very kind and cares about keeping tenants happy in their home. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, they communicate well and address it promptly. We recently decided we needed more space and we chose to move into another Lodge property due to the trust we have with them. They were great during the transition and made our move easy. This is the best landlord and leasing company ever!!!! I had very few issues and when I did, Rene would handle it like a PRO. Very nice and considerate people to work with. If I ever need a place to stay in the DFW area again, I am calling !!!!

My experience with Rene at Lodge was great. She was kind, accommodating, and went out of her way to make our experience pleasant. When the home was shown to a potential new buyer, she brought us cookies and was apologetic. We had a few issues with the house (not their fault, just old house stuff), and they had repair people there very quickly, often the same day. Everything about my experience with Lodge was positive and I’m sad to no longer be living at one of their properties. I could not recommend them enough.

I consider Lodge Properties to be a gem. As a student and being new to the surrounding area, it was a struggle for me. Rene, however made my living experience much more accommodating and welcoming. Rene took the time to help me whenever I needed, and I will be forever grateful for that. Lodge Properties has been good to me and to have a trusting relationship with the company is everything and more. Hands down the best landlord Ive ever had! 🙌Ive been a renter for five years with various landlords and the last two years with Lodge Properties has been great. Rene Sanders made sure to put in a new fire alarm that flashes and emits high pitch for hard of hearing/deaf and other accommodations with no problem before I moved in.I highly recommend renting from them. 😁

I have lived in a Lodge Property rental house for almost a year now, and one, I love the house, but two I love Rene the Property Manager. She was amenable when I was moving in and worked with me on making sure I got everything that I needed before my move in date. I even was having issues with parking limitations since I am in the TCU area, and what did she do?! Thought of a solution and installed a massive circle driveway so the tenants on my property didnt have to fight parking with all of the students - life changing! So if youre looking for a great property manager or landlord - trust me. She is a HUGE reason as to why I signed my lease.Plus, rent is automatically withdrawn from my account each month, so I never have to worry about paying it on time of fumbling with checks!

I have had a great experience with Lodge Properties. After looking at several houses in the last month I decided to go with one of Lodge Properties rentals. This house has been remodeled in recent years so everything is nice and fresh. I was happy it came with a refrigerator too. The a/c is amazing. Any problem I have had ( toilet) was fixed on the same day. Compared to other properties I saw this one was the best priced with all the amenities that I need.

I had the best experience renting from Lodge Properties. If I didn’t need to relocate out of state, I would still be a tenant of theirs. The property locations are very close to TCU and I never felt unsafe going to and from the garage apartment. Rene was great to work with throughout my experience, and I recommend reaching out to her in order to find the best property for you!

I have here been a almost a year, and they have been totally kick ass and awesome- i would stay here forever if i didnt want to own something. Screw those corporate apartment complexes, all they care about is your money and squeezing every penny they can out of you. Rene and her team have been sweet and so nice every step of the way. My place is coming available soon, Im sure it will be leased before Im out- Id get on their waiting list now!!! You could do way worse and they are totally Gay / Trans / pet / kid friendly.

Love love love Rene!!!!! They took care of whatever i needed and were super friendly. They worked with my credit and got me into a place asap and when i moved out this past month they were amazing on the move out process. anytime i had an issue they were there to fix it that day or the next!!!!!! love Lodge Properties!

Im not sure about the other people writing these reviews, but if youre a TCU kiddo your expectations are probably too high. I rent one of their apartments, and have never had an issue because I know how to READ A LEASE before signing. For all bills paid at a price this low, youre probably not gonna get the granite marble countertops....just saying. Are they the nicest? No, but theyre also older properties, theyre clean, theyre in a decent location, and maintenance is adequate with no crime. Honestly, if those needs are met Im happy. BUT MAYBE I SHOULD MENTION PAYING YOUR RENT ON TIME HELPS.
