We recently started having Lockwood Property Management manage our home in Haltom City and have been very pleased with their approach. Both Jamie and Sherri have been very professional yet personable during the entire process. They have provided direction and guidance in what and how to update the property to make it appealing to tenants. Jamie is always very easy to get a hold of and has gone above and beyond to not only care for our home but for us personally as well. Cant speak highly enough of this couple and company.

I appreciate all the support and advice that Jamie and Shari have given me with my two properties. Jamie always shops around for the best prices for my repairs, gives insight on how to deal with issues, educates me on rules and laws. He takes time to explain options and even helped me with things that were not part of his job duties. Such as helping me with the purchase of a new Mobil home on my property. Jamie does drive by my properties and keeps an eye on them. Best property management company that I have ever had. I had others that I have worked with in the past that I would give a one star rating to. It is so nice to work with people I can trust.

Was really disappointed to see some of the reviews as the experience that I have had with tenants managed by Lockwood has been positive. I have always experienced that safety is top priority. If an air conditioner goes out in the hot summer heat, they have it fixed or adjusted to where the tenant is safe quickly. Each property managed is continuously monitored to ensure repairs are of upmost most importance. My experience has resulted in honest conversations & work, as well as fair results by both property owner and tenant.

I have used Jamie and Sheri for over a decade now. I have bought, sold, rented from and had my property rented out by them.This post is directed more for the property owners looking for management:They are not a small operation, but, there is a small feel. YOU will get talk with a person when you need. Jamie goes above and beyond for the property owners. I have always felt like he has led me down the right direction no matter the situation. Theyre account is meticulous and easy for my CPA to use. I have considered Jamie and Sheri a personal friend for years now.

Jaime & Sheri were very helpful in evicting, cleaning up, remodeling, & selling my property after an extremely difficult eviction case. They took on all the worries and were extremely courteous to the tenants, much more so than I would’ve been. Tenants left all sorts of drugs & paraphernalia: even police involvement!! Yeah, it was nasty. I trust Jaime & Sheri to do the ethically right thing.

My grandfather, Buck Lucas, built a very special home in the 1930’s in River Oaks. At the time, there was nothing but grazing land and a few buildings dotting the area. It was a special place where my mother and father were married, where my grandmother, Tad Lucas, a champion cowgirl trained her horses and practiced her trick riding, and where I would visit and spend special time learning about my family’s history. I entrusted Jamie and Sheri to this very special place to take care of the home, find tenants that would love it as much as we did - and he and Sheri every day went over and above what I ever hope for and expected. My family and I cannot thank them enough for taking that special care and interest in our property. I give them five stars plus. There’s no better team to represent you.

I leased a home from Jamie & Sheri, the owners of Lockwood Property Management, for the past 1 1/2 years. I was so impressed with their business acumen and the personal touch they provided that I also used them as my realtors to purchase my new home 2 months ago. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. I highly recommend Lockwood Property Management for anyone in search of a lease property or looking to purchase a home!

We were with Lockwood for close to 5 years and I can honestly say they served us well as property managers. They were attentive to our needs and worked to find reasonable solutions to problems that we encountered throughout our time. As with most of these relationships, things happen at less than ideal times, however, as we defined our relationship and cultivated how we would interact, they took care of our issues. I would recommend them to people that are reasonable and have a desire to partner with a good company that knows how to manage properties.

We have rented a property in Haltom City from Lockwood for the last three and a half years. They have always been very attentive to any of our needs and have always taken care of repairs (plumbing, garage door service) promptly. When our A/C went down, they replaced it with a bigger unit. We will deal with them again if we ever decide to move (and I hope we never do). Im not giving them 5 stars to be nice...Its because they have earned it.
