I LOVE my complex…Juana is my hero, and Lucy is certainly missed. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance, they get backed up at times, but your always informed. Juana is always kind, and helpful. A lot of complaints stem from a many of things out of their control, and a factor of the area that we’re in, NOT the management. Rent is affordable, and you get what you pay for, plus a little extra courtesy.

Theres no parking space for people who do not have a car to drive theres nowhere to park or get out the car with groceries or going to the doctors office most Apartments tenants have three carsin the same house its not fair for people who doesnt have a car all take all the parking spaceAlso they all want park in the same spot of the three parking space is taking up three cars then in the same apartment its not fair for people who cant come in their apartment and dont have a place to park when all the other tenants have three or four cars in the same parking spot well this is not CarMaxOr echo parking this is a residence for all people who need parking space to come from home of running errands and work or doctors office coming from the do in their lives which theres no parking space where is other tenants have three or four cards in the same parking spot taking all the parking space and theres nowhere to park theres nobody to put your groceries thats nowhere to get out the car cuz all other parking tenants take all the parking space and its not fair for others who dont a car or drive 😭😔😔😫

I been living in the Villas for 14years love it here and Yanna is very nice and try to as helpful as she can be,Iunderstand maintenance gets behind sometimes but they get it done

My HOME IS FINALLY BEING BUILT AFTER WAITING 34 YEARS BUT SOMETHING IS TRYING TO STEAL IT. WHYYYY!!@ IVE BEEN FAITHFUL AND TRIED TO BE GOOD BUT I GIVE UP AND NOW IM FREE...LET THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY MAY RIGHT ✅️ NP.

Clean property from where I was, ppl were nice; I lived down the street from the property seven years ago and they still look brand new
