We found ourselves in a bind on the first night of our vacation, as the place we were staying lost water. I found this location at 9pm, reserved it, and immediately received a message from the host. This saved our family vacation and the condo was a huge upgrade from where we were originally staying.The host was ALWAYS responsive and answered any questions we had. The condo was PERFECT for our family. Everyone got their own room, we were able to cook and eat and relax together and enjoy coffee at sunrise on the balcony. An easy 2-3 minute drive from the garage to a parking spot on the beach. Needless to say, we didn’t want to leave this morning and return to “the real world.”Thanks!!!

We ended up arriving at around 8pm, and pulling up to a staffed security check in table to greet us with parking tags, instructions, property map, etc. was really nice. The room itself was really nice with a narrow entry into a galley style kitchen that spills into a spacious living/bedroom. Tucked away was the bathroom. Everything was very clean and neat. It made it easy to settle in quickly and give us an opportunity to check out one of the two sizable pools that was across the parking lot from the room which our son was a big fan of. We turned in for the night, and my wife and I had a really good night’s sleep. We had been told that our room was in a building right next to the boardwalk to the beach, and it had a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing feet. It was so easy to get to the beach, but it may be a little tricky for those with loaded beach carts getting up and down a few steps. We hopped in our car for grabbing meals down the street. Nothing was very far. Loved our stay! I forgot to take photos of the room, so I posted photos of some of the property amenities.

I cannot rave enough about Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals, our rental in Village Walk, and our unit Flip Flop N Shades! It was truly the perfect rental for a family weekend in Port Aransas. Great location in a cute, quiet community, close to the beach as well as restaurants. The unit was exactly what you want in a beach rental - modern but beachy, clean, well kept, comfy beds, and open space to hangout, play games, cook & dine as a family. Not to mention dog friendly too!! The Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals team was super responsive, communicated regularly leading up to our trip to ensure we had all the info we needed, and made this a super easy process. Were now looking to make this an annual trip, and will definitely be going through Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals again!

What a lovely house with all the amenities. We especially liked having the golf cart for quick trips to the beach. The house was well-stocked in both the kitchen and the bathrooms and all the beds were comfy and clean. Thank you for sending someone out to sort out our internet connection so we could watch the Opening Ceremony of the Olympics. We’ll be back and we will recommend Life in Paradise to family and friends. Thanks again!

Havent stayed at Island Retreat in awhile. I use to come every summer with my family as a kid an through my teens. We always stayed at Island Retreat, it was the best and still is. I came out just after hurricane Harvey to help out and saw all the damage it caused. To see the island now and how much it was improved after is amazing. Loved our little room it was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved the decor and atmosphere in IR9. The place was nice. The room was pretty and super clean. Pool was nice it’s a little small but we came in the off season. The beach is just down the road. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Only thing that would have made it better was if there had been coffee salt and pepper just basic stuff. Our entry was touch less that was nice. Bed was so comfortable I always bring my pillows but these were so nice. The staff stayed in contact with us during our stay. I would definitely go back just bring my own coffee. The price was reasonable.

We enjoyed our stayed at this condo. Everything was very clean and as beautiful and cozy as it was advertised. We were a group of six and we decided to cook in for our stay, kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. My teens also enjoyed the pool and the beach was close by, literally down the road as you exit the location. There was always communication through txt with welcoming messages, info and instructions by the host from reservation through the end of our stay. I highly recommend this host and condo at Life in Paradise

Excellent condo. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walk-in shower is great. Perfect location. Nice walk to the beach.The only downside was on the walk to the beach was the mosquitoes..but not anything to keep us from going back. The property is clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed the pool too. Perfect get away.

Perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful Gulf views. Condo SB141 had everything needed for cooking and enjoyingyour stay. TV is not a Smart TV but has lots of cable channels available. Short drive to the beach and jetty to watch the ships come in.Will be back.

We had a blast. Everything was very clean and peaceful. Loved being able to walk to the beach and stay as late as we liked. It was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. Condos were well stocked, great temperature, comfortable, and the owners were very helpful. I highly recommend staying here and will do it again in a heartbeat.

For the past 5 years I have stayed with Life in Paradise. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. Every home I have rented has been so comfy, relaxing and CLEAN!! The entry is super easy and departing as well. Dont forget to take advantage of the free beach gear they provide you at your front door. Some of the homes have your golf cart already included, or ask if they can rent you one if you rental doesnt come with it. Golf carting the island is so much fun and the best way to get around. I simply cannot say enough about this company and the way they run their operation. You will not be disappointed!!

This beach house is PERFECT !! The location is amazing, the views are amazing, the decor is amazing. My friends and I recently stayed for a long weekend looking for relaxation. Paradise made sure we were well taken care of. We stayed at Wildflower Resort. We had a golf cart waiting for us as well as chairs laid out by the beach daily. Booming everything was a breeze.We had a minor breaker issue at the house, and Paradise had it taken care of within minutes. Their customer service is unmatched. We will be back to Port A soon and will always use Paradise Vacations!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and very comfortable, and having the golf cart was so convenient for hauling gear to the beach. The only thing missing in the house was some scrub pads for washing dishes but management addressed that quickly. We look forward to coming back!

Awesome place, lots of memories made, staff very responsive and helpful. The pool is awesome and the beach is less than a mile. Great place to cook the fresh fish we caught. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star was the smell of smoke. In either case, definitely recommend and will consider coming back (especially if they get rid of that smell).

DDE: Fins & Family is absolutely breathtaking! Close to the beach and so cozy. All the beds were very comfy and the little pool is the perfect touch! This will be our forever port a home away from home and we can’t wait to come back!!There is one small issue. The water in all three showers is lukewarm at best and this was something said by all 7 of us staying there. The outdoor shower is warmer than the ones inside. The kitchen sink water got hot so we aren’t really sure why the showers weren’t the same. If this issue get resolved it’s literally the PERFECT house!

Tropics on Tenth: GREAT place for a bigger family! we had enough room to be all together yet still have our own privacy. the updated bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. the house has 2 fridges so plenty of storage for food (we cooked most of the time so this was a plus). the pool was crystal clear. the beach had lots of tar and got all over us but that was the only downfall. we will try and stay here again!

My husband and I needed to go to Port A for a friends memorial service and another friends wedding. We were there six days and stay at Casa De Crypto. It is an absolutely Beautiful townhouse located right off 11th street so convenient to everything we needed, and it comes with a golf cart for your entire stay!The owners have thought of everything for this house, the amenities are endless, private pool, great yard area, elevator, coffee bar on the second floor and the third floor kitchen is a dream to cook in… and the views of the gulf are breathtaking… We loved sitting out on the third floor deck having our morning coffee.The management company was great as well, very easy check in and out process, house was very clean upon check in.We will be back to Casa De Crypto…

Our family stayed at their 403 Ruthie Ln location and I have no complaints. It was stocked with the basic essentials we needed for a weekend stay. Very comfortable. We also rented two 6 seater golf carts for 1 day and I have to say, the employees in the front office were extremely helpful and accommodating without hesitation. We called to extend our golf cart rentals for a second day and they were happy to do that for us for a great price! I will definitely use their services again in the near future!

The sweetest little beach house. We stayed in “Here Comes The Sun” house #16. It was our first time taking the kids to the beach and it didn’t disappoint. The house had everything we needed and more. Upon arrival, everything was clean and stocked. I loved how the first floor had sliders to divide the space. The floorplan was perfect for us to comfortably sleep downstairs and for my parents to sleep upstairs . The kids enjoyed soaking in the tub after a long day at the beach and we appreciated the incredibly comfortable bed. We even tried to turn it over to see what brand it was :) The house is beautifully decorated and we felt completely at home during our stay. Safety is very important to us and we felt the home was secure at all times and the property itself was safe. We are looking forward to staying here again! We truly had the best time!

We stayed at the beautiful property WA118: Sippin On Sushine. The king sized bed was very comfortable and my kids had no complaints sleeping on the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom area. This property has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa bed and 1 cabinet Murphy bed! Plenty of space for a family of 8! It had everything we needed. However, my few reasons for a 4 star review is first, its location. After booking this property, I saw a large stadium looking building right next to the fence line. Life in Paradise was very responsive to let me know it was a brand-new, three-story music venue, food court, and bar that has live music on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays called the Sip Yard. Thankfully, we stayed during the week (Tuesday - Friday morning) so we didnt experience too much noise. However, you do hear their occasional dumpster door slam every now and then, but it stopped after 11pm or so. Just be aware I guess on weekend stays if loud noise will be an issue for you and family. The 2nd minor issue was that the Wifi network name and login were incorrect on the information sheet located at the front door entry. We had to call Life in Paradise to acquire the correct information. They were very prompt to help out and hopefully its been corrected by now. The final minor issue was the front door steps are very steep upon entry to the property. Our all around stay was wonderful and the property was beautifully decorated and designed. Also, the mosquitos are NO JOKE!!! These suckers are at the ready as soon as you step foot out of your car and run to the property door! LOL!!! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The first thing I noticed about the location was the exterior cleanliness and tidiness. Good location to pretty much everything in Port Aransas. All of our families did a walkthrough throughout the establishment and divisions of the staycation. Absolutely 100+% impressed with the cleanliness, organization of every piece of furniture, appliances, bedrooms (accessories), bathrooms and its accommodations and toiletreis, along with living areas as well as kitchenettes. I, personally, was beyond myself with how well kept everything was in order and offered to us. This definitely won’t be our last visit to this “home away from home” with our little family reunion/summer vacation . Thank you to our host/housekeeper, Sheila Garza that made it feel like home to us❤️

The nicest, most helpful management company I have ever worked with. Steve DeWitt and his team are exceptional!UPDATE 9/17/24Just spent a week in our condo and were BLOWN away. We havent visited it in two years as we live out of the country now. It was in immaculate condition! I was thrilled! I had some horribly rusted chairs outdoors. They contacted me way before we arrived to let me know. They threw them away for me, removed the rust stains and assembled and installed the new set. We spoke a few months ago about how we could increase our rentals. They made a few suggestions and we implemented the changes. Reservations doubled. Thank you Steve, Josh, Sheila and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us. We rest assured that while we live out of the country our property is being taken care of. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had 8 people and had plenty of room. The private patio with a grill and was nice. I would only ask that you supply a grill brush next time. We loved having the garage to leave all beach gear, shoes, etc. Our first night we were locked out and my phone died so I couldnt get the door code. I was able to call the after hour line from a different phone and they responded immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect setting to make unforgettable summer memories!We arrived a little ahead of schedule and were able to check in with no issues. Everything was clean and cozy. The beds were perfect for sleeping in 😁 My 8yo son thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool and the golf cart was an added bonus. We loved the location as it was a short walk or ride to the beach and just far enough from town to be quiet at night.Note for future renters: There are two flights of stairs. It was great for us, but may not be for someone who doesnt have young knees 😉We cant wait to go back to DDK!!

We have used Life In Paradise several times to book our stay in Port Aransas. Everything has always gone smoothly from check in to checkout. When we have required assistance, it has been given promptly and courteously. The condos are clean and well stocked. This time we were provided with a cart which we put to good use and had credit to use on beach gear which kept us from having to bring it all with us. Worked out very well. We will definitely use this company again!

We enjoyed our stay at the “Camp” in Sunflower resort. The beach house was nicely decorated and comfortable. Even with new construction it was still very quite. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella which was way better than driving on the beach and squeezing in between hundreds of other visitors. The Turtle bar and pool was perfect way to relax and cool off after a hot day on the beach.We highly recommend Sunflower resort. The staff was great and helpful!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. The condo was perfect size for 2 people and can even accommodate another two adults. The condo was very clean and had every amenity you need to be away from home. Right in front is the pool and it’s perfect for hanging out and relaxing. We pretty much had it to ourselves the first night. Staff with life in paradise helped us out after hours with a quick response when we forgot our code. We will definitely rent again with this company. Location was close to all restaurants and shops. You can’t go wrong with this place.

This was a good house for a small family of 5. We loved the location. I’m leaving 4 stars because even though the house wasn’t the fanciest, it still worked. The showers need updating. The beds were not comfortable at all, no sleep at all. They were super stiff and and made it hard to relax. The only comfy bed was the full sized bed in the bunk room. There was also a weird camera pointing right at the private pool, I’m sure it’s so the owner can watch the property, but felt weird to know we were being watched by some one somewhere. The back yard is awesome though. The kids loved it and utilized the pool. The outside shower for rinsing sand with warm watch was a great touch. I think I would rent again…mainly cause it was perfect sized for us, and I loved the location more than husband did.

Wonderful place. Loved having the golf cart for easy access to and from beach! Made it so easy to go back and forth. House was lovely and AC and Wifi worked well. However, only 4 stars because they only left 3 washrags and 10 towels for 10 people staying. Also, floors were very dirty and white socks became black the very first day. Stick vacuum broken so hard to clean up. Pool is also mediocre and a bit dirty. We had a great tine though and would stay again at the neighborhood - just maybe not at 122 Royal Sands.

We had a great experience using Life in Paradise for our vacation rental. Not only did we enjoy the property and location but the service was hands down the best. When first booking our room, the price showed $200 less than was actually charged after clicking submit. Seemed like a glitch. Contacted Life in Paradise and provided all information including screenshot of initial price. They couldnt identify cause of issue but rectified quickly and charged the original price I was quoted and included extra $10 credit for beach equipment rental. My daughter also accidently left her purse there (she thought she left at restaurant night before and was trying to contact them to find). Life in Paradise called me the following day and informed me housekeeping found her purse and would be leaving at main office. Once it was at the office, another representative called to inform me about the purse as well. Fortunately, my daughter lived nearby and was able to pick it up. Everything was still there including over $100 cash. We really appreciated the honesty and ensuring we were informed of the situation. Thank you for all your assistance with our trip!

The unit we rented at Island Retreat 149 was an older condo, but well kept, clean and very functional for 2 people. It was clean, in a great location in relation to town as well as the boardwalk to the beach and pool. Check in process was easy. The condo complex itself is old, but it’s been well kept and it’s clean, pool areas, tennis area is nice. Great place for 2 people, I would get a larger place if more than 2.

LIP provided amazing service from initial reservation to the very last minute our our stay. Location was quiet, no through traffic of cars and carts. Boardwalk to the beach was great for our group if you needed to leave later from group or return earlier. Direct shot to the Beach! The Condo was well appointed. The kitchen had every dish, cooking vessel and tool you would ever need! The bed is extremely comfortable! The bathroom had a towel warming rack that we enjoyed and a “toilet spa” if you chose so to use it. The AC worked extremely well. On the downside, there is not a closet to hang your clothes- we were there for a wedding-and there is not a mirror, other than the one above the bathroom sink, so you cannot have a look to see if you are as put together as you need to be before leaving. The chest of drawers was primarily occupied with additional bed spread extras.Overall, great place to stay and Life in Paradise was a very responsive Host!

I have stayed with almost every vacation rental company on the island and I can say without a doubt that Life in Paradise are by far the best. I stayed at LP12 and was extremely satisfied by how friendly and courteous the staff in the office were. The staff in the office were especially organized which made the check in process fast and easy. Upon entering the property my whole family and I were blown away at the level of cleanliness the house was in. The housekeeper did a superb job and we could tell who ever cleaned the property was very detail oriented. The house smelled clean like it had been disinfected and every surface was wiped down extremely well. We have been staying with Life in Paradise for 4 years now and will continue to do so for many more years to come.

My family and I stayed at the Twin Palms #5 home and it more than met our expectations. Aside from the very convenient location just blocks from the beach, the home was so beautiful and modern. The kitchen and dining area comfortably fit my entire family of 12. We enjoyed the private bbq area off the kitchen every night and the kids loved the pool. We visit Port A at lease 4-5 times a year and there is no doubt my family and I will only use Life in Paradise from here on out 10000/10

Absolutely the cleanest rental weve ever stayed in! The pictures dont do this place justice. Very nice overall, comfy couches and beds, well stocked kitchen, super quick drive to the beach. The outside downstairs seating area was great. But if you are dead set on laying out on the balcony and enjoying the sea breeze with a good book, then this is not the place for you. There is only a small landing outside the front door (with enough room for the two adirondack chairs they have there) as far as a second-story balcony. Otherwise, it was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet.I love the fully fenced yard, security has never been an issue for us in Port Aransas, but it feels very secure to have our vehicle behind a gate.The house has all the comforts. Everything we need to cook and eat in, comfy beds, and thoughtful details like a table cloth and personal toiletries.Highly recommended vacation home. We will be back!

The room is clean and comfortable. Interior is good. Swimming pool and hot tub are great. Its just 10 min walk to beach and the maggie beach is very nice too. The room has all things we needed like pots, pans to cook, basic toiletries, towels, clean bed sheets, AC, comfortable chairs, patio seating , refrigerator, microwave , toaster and stove. Coffee maker is there but it would have been great if they provided coffee pods. Other than this, our stay was great.

We stayed at 150 Mustang Royale. We were happy with our experience. The location is great. Street is a dead end so there is hardly any traffic. There was a nice two car garage we were able to use. The beach is within walking distance and Life in Paradise provided a complimentary golf cart for the first 24 hours, making beach trips super easy. The office staff was very polite and helpful. They were also responsive to phone calls and text messages.Two days before our arrival, we called and they gave us permission to check in early (at noon), but I dont think they relayed that to the maintenance crew: they were blocking the driveway and hadnt finished cleaning up outside when we arrived. The first group was apologetic and very polite: no big deal. A second guy that was blocking the driveway after I returned from the office was rude to my wife and seemed to imply it was our fault for being early. When we informed him they had given us permission to check in at noon, his response was, They arent supposed to do that! It seems like they need better communication with their staff and retraining some of them in dealing with customers.The house itself was very nice: nicer than the pictures. The walls seemed well-insulated: the master is right off the living space but when we shut the door we could hardly hear the kids out there. There were problems with some of the appliances though. The hood vent didnt work and the dryer took four or five cycles to actually dry clothes. The remote control for the fan in the living room was also broken. The pool was small but perfect for the kids to swim when we didnt want to walk to the beach. It also backed up to an inlet which was great for the kids who wanted to fish. One thing I would change is better access to the bathrooms. There are only two bathrooms with showers and they are both in bedrooms: there is no common access to a bath with a shower. Overall it was worth the money and we were comfortable.

Long time vacationer to South Padre Island, this was my first ever vacation to Port Aransas. Our vacation rental was very enjoyable. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals took great care of us. We only had one issue upon arrival, and they took care of it right away, which was fantastic, as I have had to deal with other companies in the past taking a full 24 hours or more to resolve an issue.The rental unit came with a golf cart which was fun, and all of the rooms were clean and included everything you needed for your stay.Would highly recommend, and will plan to use them for our next getaway to Port Aransas.

We had an amazing mini vacation and staying at your property was an added benefit. The property was in pristine condition. It was super clean, no issues with appliances or air conditioning. This rental management is awesome! They text you all the info you need right before you get there and all the info you need before checking out. Will definitely use them again! This place was perfect for six adults(3 couples) and is dog friendly which was awesome!! Very short drive to the beach and super close to all the restaurants. Loved that they had the shower to rinse off the sand right outside on the patio. You will need to bring a few of your beach chairs to put on the patio if you plan on staying out there to barbecue or just visit. This patio only has two chairs. Would 100% come back to this place. Very clean and comfortable.

When we checked out we left money in our room. It was a pretty good amount of cash. We just knew it would not be there but we called the property management and EVERYONE has so helpful. Head of housekeeping found the money and it was quickly returned to us! Integrity….something you don’t see very often anymore. Sheila, Brenda, Jennifer… such a great team of employees! The house was absolutely wonderful, down to the smallest details of the laundry detergent, and the overall decoration & preparation of it all. The games and fun activities were very fun to play around with, and the lounge areas allowed us to spend time as a family together. I highly recommend this place, as-well as the location since it’s in a gated community with a 10:00pm quiet time. ( thus allowing us to get immaculate sleep). The beach was also very close and everyone was super friendly, due to the security we all felt. Once again, I can confidently say that the house was delightful, and even the theme of it was gorgeous! (The yellow accents were really pretty) I 100% percent recommend it, there I say it’s one if the prettiest houses in the area.

This was a cute cottage within walking distance to the beach in Port Aransas. I say cottage but it was enough for 5 adults and a child and we didnt even need the sleeper couch. It was colorful with pastel colors and just such a relaxing vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked, and it really was! There was nothing that we needed. Enough pots and pans, plates, etc. But even better, enough of the little things, like a whisk, kitchen shears, and anything else you might need. The backyard was lovely and somebody was in the hot tub almost the whole time. And it was spotlessly clean.I look forward to going back.

Life in Paradise has been an excellent property management company for our rentals. Sheila Garza is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond for us. We live 5 hours away from our properties and often need help with random things. Sheila takes care of everything. She is always responsive and so helpful. I’m not sure we could own distant rental properties without knowing Sheila was only a call or text away.

Great stay here! Property management is amazing 🤩 place was so clean and nice 👍 we stay at AirBnbs often and this was one of the best one because it was so clean and property management was so helpful! We love to fish and enjoyed going to dophin docs deep sea fishing 🎣 got 10 Red snappers! Loved the beach and the swimming pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Took the ferry to aransas pass and there is a little pier to the left about 3-4 miles down. Fishing was great there! We did go to the big pier on the beach in port a we always go there too. Didn’t catch as much this time but its always a good time! Trip was awesome and this place made it perfect!

We love island retreat resort stays. We’ve been coming here for 11 years and the resort and condos are cleaner than ever. We always have a great time with the close walk to the beach, playing in the pool, and playing basketball. Highly recommend.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. Location perfect. Room very spacious and decorated nicely and modern. Gave it 4 stars because the pool and hot tub were green and smelly. Going to the pool is kinda must for a beach/summer getaway so it was a huge bummer. Hot tub also doesnt heat up. It is just jets bubbling. Communication is very prompt and fast.

Life in paradise manages our condo in port aransas too and I am totally impressed with their staff and house keeping. Our condo is spotless, linens are new and comforters always clean. Sheila is in charge of housekeeping and responds to any and all problems efficiently wih a smile. We’ve even had her unstick our garbage disposals! Not in the job description but she came through. Steve, the owner is always available to discuss issues and responsive to renters. I noticed in a review the renter was unhappy with bed linens or bathroom linens. I do know Life In Paradise will quickly supply extra of what ever you need and change out bed linens if they are not in good condition. I definitely give them a five star rating.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and beautiful. Loved the view of the channel out back with the boats. There was an ant problem in the kitchen the first night we were there. But the owners took immediate action sending a pest control guy out within half an hour of my text to resolve the problem. And this was around 9pm! Happy to say we didnt have any more ant problems. Was a great place to stay!

Loved almost everything about this rental. Beautiful decore, kitchen had everything we needed. Nice mini pool and a golf cart that took us to beach. Really nice pillows and bed comforter but the mattress was hard like a rock. This made sleeping very difficult and this could be fixed with a foam bed topper. I wouldnt go back due to this. Sleeping comfort is everything 😴

We have stayed at this property (Island Retreat) for over 30 years in various units!#142 was very updated and nicely furnished with quick access to the beach with the boardwalk being steps from the patio. Also extremely clean.The only negative was the beds(mattresses) were extremely hard. We travel a lot and these mattresses were just not up to par especially for the daily rate of the condo. Please let the owners know!The new process on checking in online was great as well as security on the premises. I do miss the on-site property management but guess times are changing☹️ Overall we give the property 4 star and would stay again.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!! Wow, I would consider my husband and myself well traveled so when choosing a nice place for our Mother and sisters, we certainly took some time. This place here was absolutely phenomenal. Their decor really caught our eye, not to mention the spacious and welcoming vibe. This place is wheel chair accessible which was a huge PLUS for our family members. In addition the gorgeous pool, outdoor patio, the bath necessities , kitchen accessories and the comfortable bedding all added to this memorable and wonderful experience! We had a great stay at Casa Delphin! The place is adorable and it was pristine! It was perfect for our family of five…very comfortable! We shopped and cooked at the house and had everything we needed. We had one issue with the shower which was fixed very quickly! The proximity to the golf cart rentals, convenience store and most importantly the beach were just what we were looking for. It was a great time!

This place was absolutely as pictures! It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and right around the corner from the beach! The grill was perfect for burgers and dogs! The pool was so fun with a shallow end for little ones! Hands down our favorite part was the ping pong table! We spent hours playing! They even had a chalk board for keeping score as well as other games! We took 12 people and stayed very comfortable! We would absolutely recommend and will be coming back!

My friend and I spent our spring break from NM here. The weather didn’t cooperate the entire time but there is plenty of fun to be had. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view was unmatched. We were both unfamiliar with Spectrum tv service so we had some issues finding channels in the evening but we figured it out. Super minor issue. Highly recommend this unit and Life In Paradise for vacation plans.

We stayed at the Loki under tow. One bedroom with futon, on the bottom floor. It was fantastic!! We loved it! Gary was so nice. The condo its self was perfect. My fiancee and I took my 13 year old sister for her first beach experience, so glad we picked this one. Great size for just a couple or one with a kid or two. The pool and hot tub was a great bonus! Our pups also loved the environment as well. Well definitely be back, hopefully next time we can book the whole place and bring the in-laws. Life in paradise was very helpful and kind. The only had thing I could say is we didnt have a can opener... Im sure we will have one next time. WiFi was definitely teenager approved.

Nikkis Place/Royal Sands unit #346- is beautiful unit! Decorated with family love and all the needed items easily at your fingertips. Amazing view from the spacious balcony in a darlin and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed several walks per day! The unit owners created a family, yet contemporary atmosphere with such a pleasant ambiance! Cozy but oh sooooo spacious!!!!While there was plenty to do and see in the area, our purpose was to get away ...we had a much needed rest in the perfect place; Nikkis!!!!

We rented the Floppy Flounder. The place was really nice and had what you needed for a nice stay. Only things to upgrade is it needs bigger pots, for me the beds need some cushion. We found this beach rental spectacular in so many ways. We were a 2 adults/2 kids family that invited a set of grandparents. The layout was perfect and could have even handled 2 families with a set of grandparents or up to 6 adults and 4 kids easily. The home was clean and easy to keep clean(loved the silestone and no carpet!!). We cooked 3 full meals each day in the fully equipt kitchen, enjoyed the community pool and found the walk to the beach beautiful and hardly any kind of hassle. The rental agency was super responsive and friendly. Very easy to contact as they monitor texts and maintain longer hours than others weve worked with in other places in the country. We expect to be back for this house alone.

It was our first trip in Port Aransas. This rental house has very good location and is very convenient to anywhere on the island. It has big space for family reunion or friends gathering. The weather is so nice in Fall. The house is very roomy, clean, neat and organized. Especially all of beds are very comfortable . It is easy to check-in, checkout with clear instructions. The beach is so beautiful. Blue green clear water with white sand. We were lucky to watch the dolphins as well as wood boats festival at Robert point park. We really enjoyed fresh shrimps as well as live blue crabs. We also enjoyed food at local restaurants. We really enjoyed fantastic trip here! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed how close we are to the beach. Very convenient. When we arrived the room did smell clean which was great. However, we did find several dead flies throughout the room floor as well as a clump of someone elses hair in the shower drain which was disappointing. Also the TV is not easy to work with. The beds are comfortable and the AC works very well. Not sure if well stay here again because of the flies and hair experience but we wont rule it out either.

Super cute condo perfect for a family of 6. Shortest walk to the beach over the boardwalk, never having to leave the property. Easy to return from beach to condo for lunch. Condo has plenty of things you need (trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pots, and pans). There aren’t spices or condiments so be sure you pick up that stuff. Keyless entry, internet, and tvs all worked perfectly. The property has two pools, laundromat, basketball court, and grills. Would definitely recommend.

Overall our stay was good - Space was very pretty and recently redone. Located super close to downtown and the ferry - so everything is a short drive. No view to speak of (but that didn’t bother us). Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Large TV in the living room and one in the master but not in the secondary bedroom. Great laundry room & large closets. The Unit had a nice small collection of family games which we were grateful for because it rained during our whole trip so lots of extra time spent inside.Be warned: The unit didn’t have shampoo/conditioner, soap for the shower. No hair dryer. The kitchen was bare bones - no salt or any spices. Think about bringing toilet paper if you prefer something softer than sand paper. The kitchen did have pots/pans, cups, plates, silverware etc But anything to cook with you need bring yourself. I hope this helps someone out.
