Macklin has been my property manager since 2020. She really helped me get into my place in 2020 when I was in a bind and made it happen in less than 3 days!! Much appreciated!! This year with the hike in rent prices, she was able to negotiate on my behalf to make it work for me and my son so we didnt have to move out!! Very thankful for all she has done for us!! You are the BEST!!

Special thank you to Macklin and her team from my family and I. Finding a home can be really stressful, particularly coming from out of state. There are so many variables involved in the process and not many tools out there to help track all of the details. Fortunately for my family we were able to connect with Macklin and her team at Legacy Oak Realty. She and her team were extremely welcoming and professional from the very beginning of our search. She made finding a home stress free and helped organize all of the detials that I would have missed otherwise. Her team has direct access to a ton of listings and was able to present multiple homes in a very short time frame. Because of Legacy Oak Realty, my family was able to find a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood with a very limited window of search. Her team is professional, punctual and very communicative. They have a really nice portal that allows you to take care of maintenance requests, organizes your documents, and take care of monthly payments. The responsiveness to requests is immediate!
