Ive been living at some apartments managed by Leach Property for about 5 years now. Theyve always been great at responding quickly; Ive never had to wait for any repairs or even for them to get a 3rd party repair company out to my place for A/C problems. (storm related, not their fault) Theyre super quick and seem to work very hard to ensure residents are taken care of! Highly recommend contacting them if you need a place to live! Ask for Jerry, hell take care of you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jerry and leach properties. Jerry was very helpful with getting into an apartment. But he also went the extra mile and told me what was wrong with my car just by driving up and listening to it. They were quick to fix my water heater when it went out, and even quicker when my AC was leaking. Ive had no issues with any of the staff. I would absolutely recommend going through leach properties for a smooth, easy journey.

I been with this property management company and have no complaints. from the application, to viewing, to getting the house ready to move into, and currently as I rent- I have had one of the best rental experiences. the staff and management (jerry) have calmed my anxiety about renting after having a horrible experience at another property. i recommend leach property to potential renters and assure you everybody makes their own experience. Leach Property Management has been a god send in the management of the properties. There is no replacement for the sheer experience and years of knowledge and connections they possess. So I was looking for a better school district for my boys and something in close range of my husband’s job and when I got online I couldn’t find anything until I looked on Zillow! I found Leach Properties. So I had to go look and check the place out and It was just what we were looking for on such short notice with the new school year coming up. I called and met with Jerry and he let us move in right away. Everything was ready. We have a big backyard for our boys to play in and I love taking long walks and the neighborhood is just wonderful and quiet. I will say we did have a nightmare neighbor at one point but the Leach brothers handled that real quick and now everything is back to normal! I love it here! So for me they get all five of them stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really love working with them its very good business. My Aunt Vickie stays out there and recommend me. And I hand to say Jerry, is really awesome and easy to work with. The place is very kid-friendly, I can have my nephews over all the time. Its a good range from the daycares and restaurants when we was to go out the eat.

Jerry is GREAT!The only property that cares about residents and actually helps them in any way he can especially with rental assistance he has ready forms to help residents with different help agencies most places wouldn’t care at all how u pay the rent or if can pay the rent. He goes above and beyond to help which is much appreciated. Definitely a Asset to the company !!

LEACH PROPERTY MANAGMENT ARE GOOD PEOPLE. THEY TOOK THE TIME OUT TO GIVE ME A CHANCE TO LEASE A DUPLEX THROUGH THEM. WHILE OTHER PROPERTY MANAGMENT DENIED ME. HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY TODAY THEY ALSO CAME THROUGH. IT WAS 91+ DEGREE AND 84 DEGREE INSIDE MY HOUSE, DUE TO MY AC UNIT FREEZING. EVENTHOUGH THEY HAD 15 OTHERS TO SEE. THEY MADE THEIR WAY TO FIX MY UNIT SO I WOULDN’T HAVE TO BE IN THE HEAT. SO THANKS LEACH PROPERTY MANAGMENT 😊
