I love everything about this community! The Management and Staff is very friendly and the maintence team is amazing and fast at fixing anything that needs to be fixed. My upgraded apartment is spacious and cute! Nice white cabinets, plenty of counter space. My neighbors are nice and friendly and nice to see the ducks walking around peacefully.

I have lived here for about a year now and I love it. It is very quiet, family friendly, and safe. Management and maintenance are great and prompt. There has been issues with water shut offs but it’s usually during my work hours. Kieyana in the front office is really nice and helpful.

I have lived in the complex for 5 years now with no complaints. Rent has always been reasonable. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, but Maggie goes above and beyond always! She has always helped me in a pinch for any requests I have asked of her! Maintenance is great too! They are always friendly and get to your requests promptly!

I have been a resident of the Laurels for nearly 3 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with maintenance and the office staff. Maintenance requests have always been handled efficiently and they are all very nice people. The office is very responsive to my questions/concerns. I have never had a problem go unsolved or a question left unanswered. Whether I reach out via email or phone call or even showing up as a walk in they are courteous and prompt. Maggie just helped us move from a 1 to a 2 bedroom and she is incredible! She made the whole process very smooth and worry free, can’t thank her enough! The property manager Christie is just as wonderful. She listens to your problems and makes certain that they are resolved. They are an all around great team in the office and we’re lucky to have them here at the laurels!

No complaints here, these honestly were one of THE BEST apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Not to mention management team is very understanding, accommodating and will work with you if you have open communication. I’ll probably be back in a few years.

Kieyana was very professional and knowledgeable of the property and industry. She has great customer service and interpersonal skills. She shines. I would have leased here, just because of her, if my house hadnt came through. She really should get noticed if she hasnt.

I just love the office staff at this complex. Maggie who is the manager has been very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to answering the questions I had about the property. I was able to get in and see a nice 2 bedroom the same day that I asked, this is definitely a top rental pick for me and the family.

We have lived here since Nov of 2021, and have been treated with the utmost of courtesy and urgency when necessary. Anytime I go to the office to get a repair in my unit done or to report something Ive noticed, to help my neighbors, it is handled within 48 hrs. The staff is nice and easy to talk to regularly especially the office staff. The grounds are kept clean and tidy, as well as the greenery around it. Great place to live.

The management and maintenance crew of this apartment complex has been extremely timely and responsive to all of my needs.The winter storm of 2021 hit the complex very hard. My apartment alone had 3 pipe breaks. But through it all, I found Maggie (apt mgr) to be extremely professional and honest with all repair assessments and follow through.When she communicated a repair timeline to me, the job was done well, and on time.The staff remained extremely professional and understanding through the entire process.I’d recommend this complex to anyone interested in finding a great place to live.I recently renewed my lease and look forward to my next term at the Laurels of Sendera.

My husband and I have renewed our lease for our second year at Laurels. We adore this complex, and Maggie (apt mgr) is fabulous - she is always very quick to respond to requests and concerns. There is a slight bug issue, the only downside, but I have a feeling that has more to do with some of the tenants than the complex itself. Otherwise, this place is lovely!!

So my wife and I lived here for almost 4 years. We bought a house or we wouldn’t have left. Idk why everyone online posts just to complain. Our rent next took any crazy jumps, our bills were always easy and functional. We never had any issues at all with the complex and any repairs were always taken care of asap! If we ever have to go back to an apartment we would be looking into going back here for sure:) was sad to leave it was a great place to live.

Great place to live. A lot of space for the money. Also really good patio space and nicely designed apartments.Maintenance is always fast and usually comes out same day.Gym doesnt have ac though but I hardly use gyms anyway so its not a deal breaker.Compared to the competition (Kenningtom, Tree park, etc) this one is the by the best and has the most space for the money. Also parking is never an issue and neighbors are nice.

This is where you want to live. First, the unit - mine has AT&T fiber, all units have sprinkler systems in them (so neighbors cant burn your home down lol), recently installed dark window shades, ice maker, great layout, plenty of room, clean and really nice patio! Second, Maintenance is great, fast and fixes thing correctly, office staff is amazing (ask for Tammy, shes the best!). Online payment option, very pet friendly, I am very happy since moving here from a worse complex. Highly recommended!!

First off I would like to thank Maggie , Ms.Christy & Allison I have been here going on 15 months now and my experience here overall has been TOTALLY awesome / outstanding & great . Everything that I ask for that needs to be fixed they’re always on time with getting work orders in to take care of the problem. Also I would like to give thanks to all of the maintenance men for ALWAYS doing things in a orderly fashion . They always clean up after themselves. I absolutely loved it here honestly.... The staff was ALWAYS nice...The maintenance came when needed. (Maybe be he was always trying to hit on me lol) .... But I stayed here 4+ years... Never had a problem until I had to move due to losing my job and couldnt pay my last two months of rent.... But if I could start all over again I would... I loved it here....

Christy, and Maggie are so awesome! I really love living here we moved from Hawaii, there is lots of Aloha in The Laurales of Sendarer . We could not imagine living anywhere else. Friendly staff and excellent service. If you are looking for somewhere to live you can’t go wrong living at The Laurales of Sendera.
