Me and my girlfriend have enjoyed our stay so far, we moved in january of this year. Anytime we have put in a maintenance request its either been honored same day or the next. Lakeridge tends to be nice and quiet and we love that. They have events as well for holidays to get the residents together and that speaks to my upbringing with seniors. Thank you will be renewing😌

The Lakeridge apts brings satisfaction when living here, the staff is great in the office, the maintenance is always on time when I do a request and mostly the overall atmosphere is great here at Lakeridge and I would refer anyone to come and live in the best quiet apt that anyone could imagine. The staff is very nice and I love that they jumped on my app because I needed to move asap. The building I am in is very quiet. I really love the fact that I have my own cover parking. And they pick up my trash mon - Thurs. Yeah Im lazy lol The area is close by the freeway and airport. I wasnt excited to move back to irving but Im glad I found these apts. Very clean and worth the money. They keep it clean and I love that the area is quiet.

Overall, I have been enjoying living in the apartment. I found the environment to be absolutely peaceful. I loved the service of the apartment as well. Staffs are always eager to help. I have lived here almost 4 years and I love it. Very quiet neighborhood. The pools are beautiful and have new patio furniture. Maintenance is good. The workout center is good, as well. Tamara is always on top of her game and I have no complaints about her. She *knows* her residents and will go out of her way to help them, when there is a problem. In fact, if you want anything done, Tamara is the go to person. The grounds always look great and are very well manicured. Very close to the airport - less than 5 minutes. Close to restaurants, gyms, shopping, the DART station is a short drive down Valley View - maybe 7-10 minutes. For the price, location, you cannot beat Lakeridge!

I currently reside at Lakeridge apartments. Let me tell you about the staff here including the maintenance guys. They are all very helpful. The very first time I walked into the office. I was impressed by the staff they were so polite , well spoken and very professional. One lady stood out the most was Tamara. My rental history wasn’t the best she told me what to do I did it . She has the heart of gold. She has the same heart warming spirit today. She’s always smiling when you walk into the office, anything that she can help she willing to do. If more properties will have someone like her on their staff it’s a win win for their property . Thanks Tam for making Lakeridge a home away from home!!

Lakeridge is a nice and quiet apartment complex. Ive been here for almost six years. The rent has changed quite a bit over that time and so have a lot of the face renting and working here but its a good location for me. My original lease was signed by Tamara St. Claire. Over the years she has been a really nice lady with whom I prefer to communicate. She gets things done. Which is probably why I give them 4 stars.

I been living at Lakeridge for the past 7 years. Tamara was who helped me get an apartment. Since day one, I was very happy with how the process was done and how helpful and resourceful she was. Recently I had problems with my AC and was fixed within an hour of me calling( a Saturday evening). The maintenance person who assisted me was very nice and always kept me informed of what the problem was and what was needed. Sunday morning Tamera called me to make sure my issue was resolved. I love how when I visit the office Im greeted with respect or if they see you around the parking lot,Tamera always stops to say hi . 2 weeks ago my son dropped his wallet outside in the parking lot,and one of the maintenance guys brought it to him. They truly get to know their tenants. Thank you Lakeridge staff.

I have to say customer service at the front office went above and beyond my expectations.. Mrs. Tamara was very patient and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I made an appointment to have a tour of the apartment and Mrs. Tamara was there to answer any of my questions or concerns during the tour.. she showed me the exact apartment I was interested in. Once I moved in a couple days later Mrs. Tamara called and asked me if everything was good with the apartment.. The Maintenance team introduce themselves as I was moving in and also asked me if everything was good with the apartment. This is why there getting the 5 stars.. the customer service here is so awesome..this place is a great location, right in the corner of 2 major highways..

Amazing place to live. As the name suggests, you will have the valley views living on this valley view lane. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Excellent management and maintenance services. Tamara was quick to get me a lease in a couple of days and solved all my queries fast, be it getting gym key card or having more grass on my patio. Highly recommend this place.

When I moved into this apartment, I had been at the junction apartments in Arlington, going through hell with that leasing office. The difference between Lake Ridge and other apartment complexes is unbelievable. Anytime I need maintenance, they come that day. The property is kept so beautifully I can walk my dog in peace without trash being everywhere. The ladies in the office are very protective of their residents and making us feel at home. I’m very happy here!

I have enjoyed living here for a few months. This is a quite and well maintained property. Maintenance is responsive and very efficient when contacted. The best staff I have ever dealt with! These ladies are very helpful and have been great from day 1.The only drawback is my unit is definitely in need of a remodel. It has been adequate for our short term needs.

I was looking for a new place to call home. So I drove several properties to look at them before I would go into the office. I didnt want to waste my time or anyone elses time and I figured this would be a good way. I noticed the grounds of this complex were very well kept. No broken down cars or junk near the dumpster. I drove the property 3 separate times; during the day, at night and on the weekend. All 3 times, it was very quiet. I could get used to this! I noticed the creek on the property and thought it would be nice to picnic there. So, I went to the office and the woman there was very nice and helpful with all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or talked down to. I would like to point out, also, that while I was there, a tenant came in and the woman handled the tenants question and introduced me to her. It was nice, as I didnt feel neglected and both of us had a chance to chat about the property. To hear good things from another tenant was very helpful. I didnt fill out any paperwork or tour because the unit I wanted was unavailable at this time and I had another appointment to get to. I did take a brochure, and I will call back in a few months when my current lease is up. This is a very convenient location to 161, 360 & 183. The airport is about 1 mile away. And any kind of shopping or restaurants are within 2 miles. I will be back!

The management staff will do everything they can to make you feel welcome and to make sure you feel at home from day one. Also, big thank you to their maintenance team! They respond right away when I have any issues and make sure the job is done quickly. It is true that we are very close to the airport but you get used to the noise after a while!

THis is a great advantage for the residents and managment. I moved here from out of town, ( the first time leaving my hometown) and Tamera is still showing the best care and intrest like she did when I first met her. Even when i had some hiccups on my end she worked with me and made sure i was able to get into the apartment i needed. My apartment is in a great location on the property and next to good neighbors which is a definite God send! I can not thank her AND the apartment complex manager enough! They both worked with me and ensured i had a safe, quiet, reliable place to call home. I would definitely reccomend lakeridge apartments to anyone looking. Lakeridge is the best place I’ve lived since my relocation from UK. I’ve lived in the 2 nearby apartments , one beside us & one opposite us with my ex. I can literally say this experience is overwhelmingly beautiful!! I’m glad I chose lakeridge! And you don’t see teenagers & children loitering around! You don’t see residents smoking weed openly! It’s just a decent nice place! And the staffs are always friendly and helpful! Thank you Tamara, Nikky &everyone for the free lunch tickets given to residents! Customer service was top notch. Seeing that Mrs Clair has been there for years gave insight about maintenance of the buildings and the infrastructure around the complex, which have been updated. She also knew most of the people in the complex, which is an added bonus. An excellent example of her craft.

When my lease was up after a year I started looking around for places closer to work. No apartments came close to Lakeridge. The only con is that the apartments are a bit smaller than youd find elsewhere. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly. Its a mature and quiet community. Theres free reserved covered parking (open parking for everyone else). Stacked washer/dryer in unit. Great location: right next to belt line road where you have everything you need and easy access to 183, 360 and 161. Very reasonably priced.

Quiet, clean, well-kept environment, covered, assigned parking and plenty of free space for visitors. Access to 183 hwy, 161 hwy. Close to 121 and 360 hwy. Airport, Irving Mall, Walmart, Home Depot and many commercial stores just a step away. Centralized garbage collection. Washer and dryer in the unit. Secluded from condominiums that may export crime and use Inappropriate parking. If not, the place is perfect for me, it is very close to being perfect.
