It is surprising to me to read negative reviews here. Bill and Terri have been very helpful and understanding with my family and rental home needs. I think that if you do right by your name and take responsibility and be helpful and supportive to them too in the context of a tenant to property manager relationship, you will have a great experience. Always do your part and try your best to work things out. All relationships matter.That being said, I would definitely recommend them.

“Great job on recent A/C repair. Saved us from the 100 degree heat!” We are delighted with the fast response, I was worry about waiting days without a/c, was not the case, in few hours everything was repeaired and my house was cold again, thanks again.
