3.5 stars. We stayed at the main house at Hotel Bebe. Absolutely stunning home decor and styling. The bones of the place need some maintenance and attention to detail was lacking, though. The back 2 patio doors had no weather stripping and large gaps so we unfortunately had a lot of bugs to share our stay with. The furniture/fans were dusty and the TV had a large line through the screen. Also you need to come equipped with a sound machine and blackout curtains for the front rooms. These things should eventually be provided as you can see straight through the sheer window coverings and the road noise is pretty loud.If these issues were resolved I would absolutely stay here again because the location was amazing and the kitchen was perfect for cooking with friends.

Beautifully restored space to enjoy while attending RoundTop antique show. Would be nice to have a few more amenities in the rooms (more coffee options, wine opener etc). We also had trouble with electronic lock on our room. Looking forward to staying again soon.

This place is absolutely a gem. So thoughtfully restored- we stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was perfect for our family.The only critique we have is that there is not a door on the bathroom entrance or a shower curtain- we were not able to shower and chance our daughters walking in on their way to the toilet room.

As the event planner for our organization, I am tasked with coordinating our annual leadership retreat for 18-20 people. This year, I was in search of a venue that could accommodate everyone in one location while also providing spaces for group training sessions. After some research, we found the perfect place: the Brenham Schoolhouse, managed by KOZE Vacation Rentals.From start to finish, working with KOZE was an outstanding experience. The team was not only professional and helpful but also incredibly accommodating, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself exceeded our expectations—it was comfortable and welcoming, with the perfect balance of homey amenities and functional meeting spaces. This is a fantastic place in the heart of Brenham, only walking distance to all the downtown things. We LOVED our stay (we rented out the whole place), and the property management team was great to work with. We hope to be back!

Just the perfect place to enjoy the Round Top Fall Show! The Hadley Cottage was so well-appointed and easy to access. The location is excellent -- just a short drive to all the vendor sites. Highly recommend!

Great space & attentive staffWe did get locked out for a little bit but were able to get ahold of them and get in the house
