My home was sold because the man I loved and lived with for 7 years did not have a will and i never got divorced from a man I married many years ago. He was killed in a motorcycle accident and his brother and sister legally took my home. It was devastating.Marlene Bone was the realtor they hired and She was an absolute professional! This could have gotten really ugly . I didnt want to lose my home, the siblings wanted the equity and Marlene Bone skillfully and tactfully communicated with me every step of the way. My emotions make bad decisions and she didnt let that happen.If you havent hired a realtor call this lady!
