They have been managing our Association for the 5 years Ive been here and done an incredible job.Their care for the property has benefited all home owners, their response time is fantastic, they have dealt with sensitive issues very effectively, and done a great job managing all contractors necessary to care for or conduct repairs.Finally, their office staff is responsive and focused on solving issues for individual owners and supporting their services will all required documentation which makes their efforts on our behalf completely transparent.As an owner who has lived in a variety of managed communities, they clearly stand head and shoulders over others I have interacted with.

I’m a Realtor that had a listing earlier this year that King Property Mgt. manages. Had to contact them for pre-listing information and then again, to order a Resale Packet. Both Eddie Parise, the owner, and Dennis Lay responded in record time with answers to my questions and a rapid turn around on the Resale Packet (without the outrageous expedited/rush fee many other companies charge). Just wanted to say “Job well done” gentleman - your help was greatly appreciated!

Our community benefited immensely when it hired KPM several years ago as the HOA property management company for our community. The HOA went from being self-managed, with only an accountant, to full-service property management. The past due maintenance fees were greatly reduced and the amenities, community trash guidelines enforcement, and communication with owners significantly improved. The senior manager, Lisa Porter, cares about our community and goes above what we normally expect from POA/HOA property management. She is very responsive. The entire KPM team is great. Transparent and easy to understand financial reporting. Weve lived in several HOAs and dealt with many management companies, both as board members and non-board members. KPMs team is the best we have seen.

For those of you in the Houston/Galveston area who may be searching for a highly competent and cost effective HOA/POA Management Company I highly recommend the services of King Property Management (KPM). Briefly, I am currently an officer on the Board of Directors of a POA located in Galveston, TX where I own a home. I have served on many such Boards in several states over many decades in many positions including President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary/ Treasurer so I am familiar with the needs of POAs. When our POA decided we needed to upgrade our management company we interviewed every company that operated in our region so we could chose the best option giving us high quality, responsive management that was cost effective. At the end of that search the company we chose was KPM. Although all of the individuals we have interacted with at KPM are good, my highest recommendation goes to our personal KPM property manager, Ms. Lisa Porter, who has been our manager for many years now. She hit the ground running, saved us enormous amounts of money so that we could replace our old walkovers with new ones without any owner special assessment, consistently guides us through complicated situations successfully, writes beautifully, thinks strategically, and is just a pleasure to work with. She is well liked and thought well of by both the Board and our Owners. She is the best property manager I have personally worked with, and I have worked with a great number of them over the years. King Property Management (KPM) has worked diligently to improve our neighborhood HOA processes and compliance with state and local laws. KPM has worked to lead the HOA to make many changes to improve the operation and the amenities for the entire neighborhood. Our representative from KPM, Lisa Porter, works long hours and on weekends to meet our needs, whether its attending Board meetings or helping Owners to obtain keys or FOBS. I have been very pleased with all of the improvements.

We struggled with various Property Management companies over the years and as a HOA Board Member, I honestly felt we had a full time job managing everything ourselves for our community. Thankfully we came across King Property Management and its been a truly excellent experience. We finally feel taken care of and supported no matter how little of large of an issue were trying to solve as a community. As I do empathize with the one star reviews, my experience with Barbara at KPM has been nothing short of exceptional. She is incredibly responsive, proactive and acts on my concerns any time they are presented. I’ve reached out to her multiple times for a reoccurring issue (that has nothing to do with the property itself) and she’s always handled my concerns with professionalism. I also appreciate that they consistently keep the community grounds nice and clean. They just added new plants to the front of the homes and it looks good. We had an issue with trash days and they also handled it very well, within the scope of their abilities.The HOA fee does seem to be high, however I don’t mind paying it when they do their best to ensure homeowners are pleased.

King Property Management is an excellent HOA management company. They really work hard to help ensure residents are well taken care of and their needs and concerns are addressed. Jessica Wingo is phenomenal. She listens to feedback and helps ensure the community is running smoothly. KPM really is a one stop shop to help with all the community needs. They help source vendors and resources and ensure all guidelines and bylaws are met. They are also highly responsive. When a gate is broken or pipe has burst they are always available to help get the situation solved and do so with the utmost urgency. I highly recommend them.

Most the people I have worked with at KPM were not very helpful, to be honest. I wasn’t informed that my property manager was no longer with the firm either. However during my last interaction, Isabel with KPM has been super helpful and communicative. I would recommend more of the KPM team be as responsive and informative as Isabel.

My HOA has used KPM for about 15 years. They are always helpful in trying to accommodate our requests. Our contact responds to us after hours when there are urgent items needing attention.KPM helped us improve the security of our community several years ago by getting the neighboring warehouse to agree to let us install additional barriers on the warehouse property. Recently they worked with us to shift some of our funds to a money market account which pays more interest than our bank account.
