Ive lived here for 24 years and I just want to say that I love it here! I am very pleased with the Manager, Sylvia Lopez. Shes very nice and is willing to help us in any way she can. She keeps the community clean and looking nice. I feel safe here, day or night. Theres plenty of light at night and I can walk my dog or ride my bike and not be afraid. I highly recommend this community to anybody that is looking for a great place to live. Maintenance is very nice. I always see them working hard and are very polite.

Such a clean and quiet property!! Who wouldnt want to live here? The office manager Sylvia is AMAZING she makes sure to keep this property looking beautiful. Maintenance team is awesome, always picking up trash and taking care of residents. Overall a great community to call home!!

While Ive only lived here 2 years, I have to say I feel so at home here. With a few exceptions the neighborhood is very quiet, my neighbors are super friendly and I absolutely love the management. Sylvia is always available for the residents and always has a solution to offer if a concern arises. This is a great neighborhood community.

The manager, Sylvia, is AMAZING!!! Shes always no nice and knows her stuff. The property looks beautiful, her leasing agent Hingrid is always so sweet and shes always smiling. Love the vibes here

Its a nice trailerpark and the people here are really friendly except for the people next door. They are rude when my company blocks even a part of one of their two driveways and they tell horrably at everyone

Aside from some of the cars that go through here in the middle of the night with their bass boost really loud, this place isnt so bad once you get used to it.

It is a very quiet place, there is not much noise from people and their cars or loud music, you can be calm in your house without anything worrying you ❤️
