I cannot speak more highly of Dave Triebel and his company as a Property Manager. He is a highly experienced Property Manager that will manage your property as his own or better. He was already great and he proved himself when my property flooded due to a broken pipe as a result of the freeze on Christmas Eve 2022. He drove that night to shut the main valve off and visited my property to ensure that no further damage occurred, communicated with other units next to mine, sent me pictures, hired a contractor and is now getting my unit now ready to be rented out. I highly recommend him.

Keyrenter North Dallas has been amazing to work with. David Triebel has done a great job managing the property. He helped us think through strategic renovations to make our property more appealing, and would get us the best bang for our buck. Hes straightforward and honest, and whenever a repair has come up we can count on him for a cost effective, quality solution. He found a great tenant for our property, and we have always been paid timely. Being out of state landlords, there is no doubt we get way more value from him than he gets from us!
