Rented from Kautz for about 4 years. All maintenance issues were handle in a timely manner. Very friendly office staff, I would recommend anyone to rent from them.

I rented from Kautz for 7 years. The office staff and repair workers were great. They always took care of whatever needed fixing. I paid on time and took care of their property. When I moved I left the property in good condition. They refunded me my full deposit in a timely manner.

I have used Kautz Management since early 2017 for the leasing of my rental house in Arlington. They are very professional, repair any problems promptly, and send payments and reports prompltly.I would not use any other company in this area for management.Also, since Hans has a brokers license, he recently sold my house when I needed to divest of my rental holdings. His company made the repairs necessary and we got a good price on the property in about 30 days even with the higher interest rates. It made things easy to move it from a rental to a sales property all within the same management company.

Ive been working with Kautz Property Management for 3 years while my family was on military orders in Germany. They were OUTSTANDING. I knew my property would be well taken care of. I met with Hans a few months before putting my house on the rental market and he gave me great advise on on what I should do so that it will rent better. The property was rented out the first month after I left and continued to have a tenant. Unfortunately I had to sell the house last month and again, thanks to the team at Kautz Property Management, it sold within a month and at a great price. I couldnt recommend their service enough. Kautz Property Management managed my fathers rental property for the last five years, finding an excellent tenant who stayed in the home that whole time and maintaining the house well and at a reasonable cost, which helped produce a nice retirement income for my dad.When my father recently died, my family retained Kautz to handle the sale of the property, and the process went as seamlessly as I could have hoped for. Hans Kautz advised us on improvements that would aid in the sale, managed all the details with contractors, and did a terrific job with photos and promotion -- enabling us to sell the home at full asking price within a week of going on the market. He really helped out our family during a sad and stressful time.I highly recommend this company. It was so nice working with a small family business that knows its local market well.

Lived in a Kautz home for 5 years. Every time I put in a work order, the issue was fixed within 24 hours. The 1 time it wasnt, the A/C compressor went out and the technician couldnt get the part needed until the next day. Kautz people brought a window unit so it wouldnt get too hot. Just an example of how they went above and beyond. Wish I could still rent a property from them. perfect professionalism.

Understanding this was an older home with the possibility of frequent upkeep, we have been pleased to note that all issues have been addressed in a timely and satisfactory fashion. From HVAC, faucets, garage doors, to even tree removal and fence repair, Kautz Property has partnered with us in maintaining the integrity and safety of this home. I heartily recommend them.

As a rental property owner, I have been very pleased with Kautz Property Management. I have used this company since the owners father ran it in the 1980s. My houses were rented quickly and renters usually renewed their leases. I avoided all the landlord headaches while they did all the work. I made the mistake of using another company in Arlington once-it was awful. I would recommend Kautz to anyone-and I have!
