    I truly appreciate Johnathan and his warm approach when addressing my maintenance water pressure issues today . Although this is a brand new home. We have had some minor issues which he was able to address them. This guy also provides some helpful tips and make sure but , cleans up his mess.Thank you again for always being respectful and addressing my issues in a timely matter.

    I love Katy Property Management! They are always there to help out when I, as a renter, have an issue. We just had an issue where our toilet didnt want to cooperate and they had it fixed within a few days! It was a very smooth transaction.

    Im new to Katy property and they seem to be doing very well. The property was rented within the first week, with no issues. They have a great online owner access that allows the owner to view each property, and track maintenance and expenses. If i do plan to get additional investment properties I will give them the first opportunity to manage them as well. There customer service has been very good, as they get back to me within the day of the following day. The AC maintenance guy fixed a problem that I have been living with for the last 4 years. So far so good with Katy property management, Im very satisfied.

    My experience with Katy Property Management has been a positive one. Although there was a very short turn around in the time I needed to get my home on the market and rented Katy PM did everything quickly and efficiently to succeed in accomplishing the task. They made all the necessary checks on the tenant, insurance, etc., in short I feel confident and secure in trusting them to manage my real estate business and highly recommend them.

    We are absentee owners of a property in Houston that we now rent out. For the last 10 years, we have used Katy Property Management to manage our Houston property. They take care of rent collections and resolving any problems with the tenants. Now that they have a website set up, we can quickly find out the status of rent collection, management fees, rent deposits too our bank account, repair issues and costs, etc. Being homeowners living a far distance from Houston, sometimes our questions and issues dont get handled at the speed which we like. But they do get taken care of. The staff is terrific. They usually respond quickly when we call and if they dont know the answer, they get back to us in a timely manner.We are satisfied with the service provided by Katy Property Management and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for rental property services.

    I have had the pleasure of living in a property managed by Katy Property Management for the last 3 years. They are the most professional and personable company I know of. I have had many conversations with Beth and I can tell you she is a HUGE asset to the company. I am always at ease when I speak with her.     As a first time landlord, KPM has surpassed my expectations. I know Im not their only customer but Beth and Jonathon at times make me feel like I am. I have a difficult tenant who is not exactly the most financially responsible and they always work with the tenant to make sure he gets caught up on any missing rent. Also repairs are handled on weekends and after hours with very little involvement from me, which is a major positive because my life is busy enough as it is.

    I have the pleasure of using the services of Katy property management company to manage one of my property in Katy, TX. I had very little time to get my property move-in ready. Victor Short ensured that the home was move-in ready and had the house rented out in few weeks. Their response to me and my tenants requests have been prompt and settled to the satisfaction of all partiesI also had the privilege of working with Patricia Short and Toni Nomura. They were very helpful in finding a home in Dallas neighborhood within a short time. KPM is a one stop shop and would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Katy Property Management has managed our three properties in the Katy area for the past five years. I like that the company is small enough that I have direct contact with the owners, Victor and Patricia, who have always returned my phone calls and handled any issues promptly. They use a great online system which allows owners to see rent payments, invoices, leases, draws, etc. and to print reports. I fax in any HOA violation notices, and receive an email for KPM staff letting me know what has or will be done to correct the issue within 24 to 48 hours, which is great. We have been pleased with KPM.

    Jonathan was extremely helpful in taking care of my maintenance issue. Showed up on time when he said he would, cleaned up afterwards and even went as far as to help out with my sprinkler system as well. Definitely five star service. Thanks again.

    My husband and I had the pleasure of renting our home from KPM for 2 years and within that time weve only had a few maintenance requests. Everything has always been completed within a reasonable time frame and they were always willing to work around my schedule. I’m not sure why the company has such bad reviews but I’m sure it’s probably from disgruntled people who left owing money or damaged their home. KPM has been so wonderful to us and we’re sad to go.

    I recently rented a condo through Katy Property Management for a total of three years. Their management team - especially Beth Peña, who I worked with closely over the last year and a half - was professional, considerate and prompt. I would highly recommend this team if you’re renting in the Houston area.

    The folks at Katy Property Management are the real deal! Johnathon, yes Johnathon,(no typo) is a rock star! The quality of service, responsiveness and professionalism at KPM is second to none. KPM managed my property for over 6 years before I sold it and all I can say is if I buy another rental property, I will surely employ KPM. They’ll have my business for life.     I have updated my review because KPMs customer service has done a 180! Beth has replaced the previous repairs/make-ready person and SHE is awesome!!! What a difference!! She is pleasant, efficient and prompt in keeping us informed and getting things done. We are also impressed with Jonathan who does a great job with legal and financial. He always cd returns our calls and explains things even when its not convenient for him. Overall, we have been very happy with Victor Short and everyone at KPM.

    We rented a house managed by KPM for one year. To be quite honest, it did not start out so great, but after a while we realized the issues we were having were the homeowners fault rather than the management company. We did have some issues with a couple of the staff members (Janie and especially Taylor) in the beginning, but we later learned KPM cleaned house and hired Beth who is much more professional and helpful.We had a bad experience with the house itself because the a/c would not go below 79 in the summer afternoons. KPM did a great job being the middle man and dealing with our difficult, uncooperative (not to mention cheap) landlord. Victor, the owner of KPM, actually stepped in personally to help with the issue. Between the awful a/c company the landlords used, and the landlords themselves, we were made to feel like we were somehow wrong because we wanted the a/c to be fixed. But KPM was very sympathetic and helpful, which was reassuring.I wasnt so sure about renting through a management company at first, but I have nothing bad to say about the decency of KPM.

    If it was not for Victor Short and his team taking control of a very bad situation with my property I would have lost everything with my then tenant.I cannot begin to tell you what Victor and his team means to me..The are FAMILY!!!!They have the expertise and swiftness to tackle any situation and deliver very positive results.They eliminate the headaches of rental property.BUT!!!!They sold my house in one day...!!!!!!They are experts in the real estate industry and have the pulse when to sell. Victor and his gracious team have immense patience when I call and ask what think are stupid questions.. They calm me and answer all questions in detail for me to understand.When visiting the office they welcome me and make me feel very comfortable..Plus, Jonathan makes a sensational cup of coffee..LOL..LOL..I have reccommended Victor and his team to my neighbors and they are selling the house for them too..I have another friend to pass on..Victor and his team are most honest and straight forward as not to steer me wrong...Sound advice....SORRY, if am writing so much BUT they have done so much for me...

    I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years in CA and have managed rental property for all of that time in addition to representing buyers & sellers in real estate transactions. When I became an absentee landlord in Katy about a year ago (property acquired for the benefit of family members) I was concerned about who I could find to manage the property for me - since my standards are high - as I would do it myself.I interviewed a couple of real estate firms that specialized in property management. I selected Vic Short (Katy Property Management) b/c he approached the management of property as I do - as a business. I appreicated that he has a staff with various individuals specializing in different aspects of management. I liked that they have web presence, not only for owners but for tenants as well. They were able to answer my questions / concerns and always respond promptly either by phone or email. The disbursements are promptly made each month and anything I would want to review pertaining to my account is contained on-line under a password protected entry. If I was to acquire additional properties in the area, I would definately utilize KPM.

    I have been working with Patrica and Victor Short and thier team for a couple of years now and have always recieved prompt and professional service . I was weary of investing so far away from home (Key West Florida),So I searched for and spoke to many PMCs in the texas area, but after meeting with Victor I felt comfortable leaving my property investments in thier hands.
