    I could literally write a book about how WONDERFUL this company “Just Rentals LLC” has been for me and my family. I’ve been renting with this company for 7 months now and I don’t think I ever want to rent anywhere else. I encountered several issues with my unit when I first moved in due to the age of the equipment and normal wear and tear of things, and JUSTIN (the apartment complex manager) made sure everything was fixed within 24 hours. Justin goes above and beyond for his tenants to make sure our living experience is superior! He has worked after hours to make sure my family is taken care of and always answers the phone or calls back at a reasonable time. You can’t prevent problems but Justin surely will solve them with an upbeat and happy demeanor. If you’re looking for a place to rent don’t look any further you’ve found the place you need right here.

    Weve had an amazing experience with Just Rentals.Application process was a smooth and easy process since we did everything online because were a military family that moved from out of state. Customer service is great! Justin and his staff are very polite and know what they are doing and stay on top of things.We put in a work order and the vendor came out the next day and fixed the issue we had and was very friendly as well. Ive been in property management for 13 years and its hard to find good property management companies like Just Rentals that really care about their residents.

    Four stars! Ive had no issues with the company or staff in the past year of the lease. I couldnt give a perfect score due to issues with the property when I moved in. They did what would be expected for the bizarre circumstances (🤷🏼). Although, I wasnt offered anything for compensation except a chance to get out of the lease. Not that I could have gone back into the place I had left, already off the market, in fact I almost lost my job but still nothing from JustRentals, when clearly they were at fault. Three stars. After thinking clearly about the experience I will need to remove another star.

    I used Just Rentals as my property manager for nearly four years. I never had a single issue with them managing my property. My rent always went in immediately at the beginning of the month so I could pay my mortgage. They do business electronically and it makes everything easy to manage. They are very prompt and take very good care of your property. When my renters moved out, they were very thorough in their inspection and ensured that everything was returned to me exactly as it was when I put it in their care to rent. I HIGHLY recommend them to entrust your property to. You wont be disappointed.

    Just Rentals was recommended to us by Exit Realty when selling the house 10 years ago proved financially impractical. I had very little interaction with anyone other than Justin so I am unable to comment on the office staff I can say that Justin was always professional, approachable and return our calls in a timely manner. The home was well taken care of, when we finally decided to sell it, minimal repairs had to be made to bring the property to good condition. The house was never empty for more than 2 weeks between tenants and all tenants were vetted before moving in. We as owners were given the choice of whether pets (and what kind) would be permitted. I have no complaints at all. When we did choose to sell the property at the end of the last tenancy agreement the house was ready for listing with 2 weeks and completion of sale from listing to funding done in 60 days. I believe if you are looking for a good property manager you should look no further than Justin and Just Rentals.

    Just Rentals are by far the best property management company in the Fort Hood area. They were my property managers for 15 years and were always on top of everything around the house. Justin was always easy to get hold of when issues needed to be resolved, which were few and far between due to his proactive management. I have rental homes in multiple states with different property managers and Just Rentals is far and away the best property management team I have worked with.I also bought and sold my house with Peggy who personally managed needed upgrades to improve the value of the home. The house sold for top dollar and quickly thanks to her insight and assistance...highly recommend the team at Just Rentals!

    My wife and I rented through Just Rentals for three and half years. During that time, they were extremely helpful with routine repairs, lease paperwork, and rent payment issues. I only had positive interactions with the company. During those three years, I deployed. Just Rentals was great with my wife in helping her through the lease renewal process. They never raised the rent unexpectedly, never had any unscheduled “drop ins” and were extremely transparent when it came to the exit inspection. If I ever go back to Fort Hood, I will use Just Rentals again. They gave my wife and I a great house to live in at a great price.

    My family and I have rented three properties through Just Rentals. We have also used them as our property management company once we decided to purchase a duplex. They never kept any of my deposit money when I was a renter and always completed work orders in a timely manner. As a property owner my units were never vacant for more than three weeks. Whenever an issue came up with one of our units they would call us and inform us and we would make a decision together. When it came time for us to sell our property, they assisted with all of the showings, made sure we stayed informed, and helped us stay calm while on the other side of the country.     JUST RENTALS KILLEEN have been amazing from day 1.First off, they were a referral from another service member which says a lot about their management services. They’ve managed our rental property for 7 1/2 years and have had it rented within weeks, if not days between tenants.Work orders and maintenance have been reliable, as they are quick to contact us and transparent in their efforts to take care of issues.Communication is amazing!     Just recently having to relocate I have noticed most Property Management companies get bad reviews. I believe this to be the cause due to if something does not go towards the renters favor they are quick to post it for the world to see and usually no news is good news and that is why you see less positive post about a company doing something right.This is why I am here today, we had to move to the Fort Hood area in short notice and we were out of state. We reached out to Just Rentals and they worked with us through the whole process and once I arrived in Killeen was able to view the rental property and sign for the keys the same day.We were at this residence for two years and throughout the out stay they were very responsive to any issues we had at our resident and communicated with us if there was to be any changes. Well the owner of our property decided to sell their house and we were forced to move at the end of our contract. Just Rentals let us know months in advance that the owners were thinking about selling and even spoke with the owners to see if they would reconsider so we could stay for one more year. When we were notified that they owners were not going to budge, the owner contact us personally and went above and beyond to assist us in finding a new rental property.I have rented many properties in the last 19 years in the military and the was the first time we had a company treat us with such respect from the beginning to the end. Thank you for your business and highly recommend anyone who is new in the Killeen area.

    After having Just Rentals manage my rental property for 7 years without incident or any sort of headache, I recently made the decision to sell the property. Justin didn’t miss a beat during the transition and a phenomenal real estate agent.     Just Rentals managed my property for over ten years and during that time I never laid eyes on the house. They were my eyes on the house and my ears to the tenents. Several times they had someone move in just days after someone moved out. They are great with getting the right tenents in your house. Ones that will take care of your property. They are honest in providing advice and perspective if you ask for it. Justin always helped with whether flooring, appliances, or paint needed to be replaced or could stay as is. And he always set the price right for the rental market so you get fair value with getting someone to move in ASAP. When we decided to sell, he found a buyer the day it listed who offered our asking price. Its been a good 10 year journey with Justin and Just Rentals. I appreciate all the help you have given us.

    I have been doing business with this company since aproximately 2008. First I rented from them. Super honest company. Then I purchased a house with Justin Fenton as my Realtor. I have used him and this company as my property management company for the home I purchased through them since moving in 2012. They are nothing but honest, easy to contact, and very smart when it comes to networking with different contractors to resolve any maintainence issues at the lowest possible cost to the owner (me). Overall, I have used them as landlords while renting one of their managed properties, purchased a house with Justin as Realtor, and now I continue to trust them to manage my house for the past 5 years. Well worth 10 percent of the the rent I receive from renters, to have my property managed without worry.     The company did a very good job of taking care of work orders. Air conditioning went out twice in 3 years and both times they were there with in or under 36 hours to fix it or any other problems.     We never had an issue with Just Rentals! Always so polite when paying rent monthly. Maintenance request were always responded to in a timely manner and the job was always well done. We LOVED the home we rented through them on schottische ln for a year and a half. Made so many memories there. We were very sad to move due to PCS.     Just Rentals staff is friendly and honest about any service issues toward the properties they manage. It doesnt matter what property they manage, they treat everyone with the same customer service. We had an AC unit quit working in the middle of the summer and Just Rentals scheduled a repair technician the same day to repair the unit. Other rental companies may make you call your own repairman in and hassle you with reimbursement. Not so with Just Rentals. They make sure their customers are taken care of!
