Ive been incredibly impressed with Junction Property Management Companys services. From the moment I reached out, their team, and specifically Christian, has been professional, responsive, and efficient. A lot of improvements are taking place in the complex. Notably, the pool is already up and running again after not being functional for over 3 years. Junction Property Management Company is a breath of fresh air and a welcome addition to Richland Trace Condominiums. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and prompt. I have rented for the past year and have always gotten very fast, courteous service with near immediate response. From what I understand the management at Junction property have worked on changing rules, cleaning up, fixing streets, and yard maintenance regularly which from what I hear did not happen before by routine.

Mr. Christine is a super kind and helpful manager. He has patience. He is friendly . He listens your problems and offering to do himself to help to complete the processing. He always respond email or phone call immediately. I believe under his leadership to lead his team to manage the Richland Trace condo in Dallas TX, slowly it can change to a better environment.Communication is very important. Property management willing to listen unit owners problems and offering to assist personly plus responding quickly, I believe Richland Trace condo can be changed to a better . Reduce owners stresses.Thank you very much Mr. Christine. You are the best.Unit owner

Had the craziest day….. Oncor shut off power to one of the buildings without notice. Said the power company sent the order. But the power company said our account was stellar. Turns out it was a billing error from the power company. Both owner and property manager jumped in straightaway to restore power and figure out the underlying snafu. Best part is this is our first month with Junction!! Very happy with the initiative and response time demonstrated by out new management company.

Junction and John Tarleton tried to do as much as they could in the short time they managed Westwind Condominium in Garland. Seems the HOA elected by owners were not allowing management to do their job. When management made suggestions and asked to go forth on projects they just merely got voted down. HOA hired Junction to do a job and HOA seemed unwilling to let John and his company do the job. It like as if the HOA does not want improvements that are badly needed like open the pool for pool season which did not happen. Make owners accountable for 100% fix of mailboxes. Also parking lots are a mess too. Need restripe of all spaces and new numbers. People are parking in restricted spots because they cant make out the numbers. Also concrete needs repair in driveways. Small holes all over. Management tried to get grass mowed once a week and denied by HOA so 7 or 8 days after mowing the grass is two feet high. We as owners pay good money in dues that are very high and get nothing in return. Now HOA hired another management company starting July 1. It was not Junctions fault at all. I saw them trying hard but HOA just denied their efforts and refused to allow management to have any control. Its a shame we live in the worst complex in the Lake Hubbard Pkwy area of Garland. A down right disgrace.

If you ever need a property management company that say what the will do, and then go above and beyond to keep your properties clean, well maintained, and just looking good!!!Junction Property Management is your final stop!!!Believe me, there are plenty of property management companies, that lock you in on a contract and then will not do anything they said, and will come up with excuses, on why they couldn’t keep your property clean, maintained, and looking good. And there starts your headaches!!!With Junction Property Management, this statement within itself says it all!!! John Tarrollton, the owner, if he can’t find anyone to get the needs done, he himself is out at your property picking up trash, cutting bushes, or just doing what needs to be done to keep you his client, pleased. Tell me what property management company have you used ever, where the owners get off there butts to make it right,,,,,,, let’s me answer that for you NONE!!!It’s comforting to know, in these days and times we will in where the service industry has gone to the dogs, that there are still diamonds out there!!!

I HAVE LIVED IN DALLAS ALL MY LIFE... I MEET ALL TYPES OF LANDLORDS AND MANY HAVE PROCLAIMED TO HAVE THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST... NEVER HAVE I MEET ONE WITH A HEART LIKE MR. JOHN TARLTON... I LOST MY JOB IN 2008 FROM DALLAS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL AND I MEAN I LOST EVERYTHING... THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIFIC PART OF MY LIFE BECAUSE MY OLDEST SON BECAME ILL MENTALLY... MY MOTHER WAS SICK... YOU NAME IT... I FACED IT... BESIDES DEATH... THANK GOD... ME AND MY 4 CHILDREN WAS LEFT BY MY X-HUSBAND WITH NOTHING IN 2011 OF AUGUST... BUT HE (MY X) TOLD ME 2WKS (GOD SHOWED ME WHAT HE MEANT WAS THAT I WOULD BE FACED WITH EVICTION AND NO WATER OR LIGHTS...) BUT GOD... MY EARNINGS TWINKLE DOWN WITH MAKING $8.00 AN HOUR WORKING PART-TIME AT MACYS AT TOWNEAST MALL... (MY REBELLIOUSNESS & HARDHEADNESS LEAD ME FROM BEING BLESSED TO BEING CURSED...) STRICTLY BEING OUT OF THE WILL OF GOD... AGAIN BUT GOD... FROM 2008-2015 I HAD NO PROMISING JOBS IN DALLAS... ALL WERE BELOW WAGES JOBS AND MY CREDIT WAS ALL MESSED UP FROM LOOSING MY HOME IN 2010 AND YOU NAME IT... IT WAS ALL FROWNED AGAINST ME...
