    Mr. Robert has managed my duplex since 2019. I must say, his professionalism and amazing team is the best property management company an owner can ask for. Since I left TX in 2020, I have not had any worries about my property. Any time there was a major storm, Mr. Robert went to check my property personally and updated me immediately if there was any damage. He has keep my property rented out consistently which is a relief as owner because I did not have to come out my pocket to pay my mortgage. He vetted and selected good tenants who paid on time consistently and took care of my property. Mr. Robert’s maintenance team is also amazing. Any time my tenants put in a work order, service was completed within 48 hours. Mr. Robert runs his company like the Army. He is extremely passionate about his work and it shows through his performance and commitment to his tenants and his owners.     Jr Rentals is an amazing property management! Very professional. One of the best I done had in along time. I didn’t have any issues with them. The few times I needed things fixed.They came in a timely manner and got it done. The owner Mr. Herring is very professional and was always willing to talk with his tenants to make sure everything is going good..I rented from them for 4 years. I only left because I had to relocate..I would definitely come back and rent from them again. Unlike other rental companies..JR Rentals is 100% fair to their tenants when it comes to refunding deposits upon vacating the property if you keep your home up and follow the move out instructions in your lease.     I would like to share my experience and appreciation of Mr Robert Herring and JR Rentals. Mr Robert is a caring man and has helped me in several situations at my home. In the heat of the summer when my air conditioner went out at 108 degrees and again this year he made decisions that had it fixed in only a few days. I believe he understands people’s needs and feelings, responsibility and respect of the tenants under his care and especially in my conversations with him. His office team is friendly and helpful.     JR Rentals and Property Management is the best property management company that I have dealt with in over 22 years of service. The owner is a military veteran and understands the stressors that are placed on military families. JR Rentals makes it easy to make payments and submit work orders online. They also made the application and approval process very easy. Renewals were always completed in a timely manner. Maintenance was slow at times, but Mr. Herrings handled issues immediately when they were brought to his attention. The moveout was just as easy, and Mr. Herrings completed the inspection himself. Mr. Herrings and JR Rentals are the best, which is why I stayed with them for 4 years. I offer my highest recommendation for JR Rentals because they are that good.

    I cannot speak highly enough of JR rentals!! We rented from them for a little over two years, and would not have left the house if we didnt receive PCs orders. We had one issue with the office staff at the very end due to a miscommunication on both parts. However, one issue in two plus years is nothing considering some nightmares some property management companies are. The very best thing was when we first found our house, JR rentals took our application fee and locked it down for us. Before them, we tried for three different houses from three different companies and each one fell through because they took an application fee from X amount of people for that one rental. JR rentals also never went up in rent horribly like some do, even though the house couldve been rented for more since the market sky rocketed the first year we were there. If youre looking for somewhere to rent from that is fair priced and there for you, JR Rentals is the choice to make.

I have been with them for over a decade. I bought a house while I was stationed at Fort Hood. I was reassigned and trusted JR with managing my property. Not only are their fees very reasonable but I built a personal relationship with every staff member in the office. I didnt have to but I am very hands on, typical military type.. and thats how I do business.     JR Rentals managed my property for nearly 8 years. During that time there was not single incident when I was not pleased with their service. The owner, Robert Herring, has extensive experience in managing and selling property- and it shows.Whether getting ready to rent or sell, JR Rentals was extremely responsive to my requests or needs. The home was rented over 95% of the time that JR managed my property. Whether there was a winter freeze or a tornado, Robert was there, boots on the ground ensuring that damages were properly assessed and evaluated.If I needed advice, I picked up the phone and spoke to Robert. If I needed a replacement fridge, they did it on their own. They were always taking care of my home as if it was their own.The big plus, when it came time to finally sell, in the summer of 2021, their attention to detail paid off handsomely for their customer.     We had a good two year experience with Jr rentals. They were very responsive to items that broke and got them fixed right away. The property we rented worked for us and was very well maintained. Only reasons for not giving five stars is the roof needed to be replaced and the we were in the middle of a fence fighting. The fence fell down on side of house and each owner said it was the other owners fence and nobody repaired. Made backyard look a bit trashy.

After sitting down with Robert, we knew his company was the one that would ensure our house would be taken care of just as we had done over the years.Robert and his staff went above and beyond to ensure the tenants occupying the property were a good match. His team returns phone calls, updates you ASAP with there is any issues with your property, and have solutions for you to choose from.     We have rented two separate time through JR Rentals and both times have been a great experience. Every time I walk into the office I am greeted by a helpful staff member. Every work order I have put in has been dealt with the next day, if not sooner. When moving out of the first house Mr. Herring did the final walk through with us and was very honest, caring, and understanding. Finding a house while in a different state can be stressful, but the staff here helped me every step of the way both times to make sure we had a house that was ready for us by the time we moved to the area. We are very happy with how JR Rentals has treated us.

    We were fortunate enough to have JR property management for many years on our three houses and apartment complex. We had had a really bad experience previously so I was thankful I found them. We live out of state, we needed somebody we could trust to take care of and rent our properties. Robert went above and beyond for us! I felt like I had a family member taking care of our investments. He always took care of my tenants immediately when they needed help and fixed problems right away. He also put new tenants in very quickly and found me the nicest tenants .He was always very forthright about the cost of things and different options I had.     I am an an investor and JR Rentals have been managing my homes for many years. The peace of mind of I get knowing the professionalism that Robert Herrings and his staff brings to the management of my homes relieves the stress of ownership. I have not had a home empty for over thirty days or a maintenance issue over a week. When evictions were required they were accomplished in less then a month. As an investor with a management company protecting my investment is paramount and JR Rentals optimizes this protection.     Well hello everyone!Im Mike and I rented a property with JR for about 4 years. When I PCS’ed from Alaska these people hooked me up with a nice duplex that did not felt like one for the longest. My family got a new addition and it was time to go, that is the only reason I left. The staff is very good and young. I only had one incident with them but when I realized I was in the wrong I apologized to them respectfully and our relationship turn to the best!. If you treat these team with dignity and respect they will work with you but you have to earn it. It took me a while but I figured that as long as you keep the property you are renting in good shape and ready to go if you happen to have to move you will get at least 95 percent of your deposit back! I had to move last minute and I was not even penalized or charged extra since me and my wife kept the place so clean. I admit sometimes is a little hard to get in touch with the property manager but if you are patient you will get to talk to him. They are very good about returning calls and helping you out as long as you are in good standing with the property and you are respectful! It was a nice experience with them even though they were my first and only property rental company, by the way they do help you find houses!! If you needed something to be fixed in the property they will fix it in a timely manner! Most of the calls I made they were fixed within a day after my complaint!

    Robert was been able to keep my property rented with less than thirty days vacancy during our 10 years of Property Management through JR Rentals. In some cases hed even have a new tenant lined up before the other even moved out. it was nice to have the peace of mind that it would be rented and rented quickly if tenants did move out. I give them 4 stars because there have been times of high turnover in office for some of the maintenance coordinators and managers. I find that understandable given the profession but at times it did make it hard to know who to address concerns to when maintenance issues periodically arose. I could, however, email Robert directly and get a response. After 10 years there were a few issues that needed to be addressed with my property upon our taking it back over but Robert wouldnt allow our account to be closed out fully until all of our issues were addressed.

Nothing is perfect, but I do know that Robert goes above and beyond to do things right or make things right when a situation arises. Communication is the key thing and of course reading your lease agreement, whether tenant or owner. Ive never had any issues with the staff and they always communicate well. They work hard and will treat you with the same respect you treat them.

I was one day late paying my rent and was charged $95.00!! Not happy about that...Yes there is a clause in my rental agreement due to a late payment, my thing is why is it so dang high??Im out here rebuilding from ground zero, I understand business is business, but at some point there should be some allowances made with discretion.I was given an opportunity to rent a beautiful property through them under some extenuating circumstances, was treated like a human being!     I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Herring on day one and my final out inspection. What a professional! He is fair, honest and truly cares about his tenets as well as his property owners. I would HIGHLY recommend any new soldiers that desire to live in the Ft Hood area to stop into their Copperas Cove office and meet their team. They provide several payment methods which saved me time. Maintenance was NEVER an issue. Once you notify the office, a professional contractor contacts you within minutes and rectifies any repairs.     We have used this rental company for about 4 years. Never have had a problem with the staff or the home. They are extremely nice and very helpful on any questions you may have. If you have any issues or problems with a house, just feel out a work order and they contact you within 24 hours if not within a few hours. Rent is always due at the 1st of the month and they take online payments, cashier checks and money orders only which is normal for this area. We have 3 huskies and the owner/company approved them with a pet fee. There are only few companies that allow huskies, in most states huskies are on the aggressive breed list. The rental company sends their inspector by to check on the place once a year. The inspector does a report for the home onwers and the company they just vertify you are keeping the property up to whats in your contract. The inspection doesnt take long just walk through of the house, they usually let you know 2 weeks in advance when they will be out for inspection. Never a problem with this rental company or the owners. Extremely helpful!!

    They make up rules per customer the leasing agent, Ms,Estrada is racially profiling to whom she wants to rent. I was told myself, mother and three kids where two many people for a four bedroom two bath home ...and refunded my application deposit. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. After speaking with the owner Robert he showed nothing but compassion and concern gave me the opportunity to apply for the home im truly appreciative for the owner taking out time to rectify this situation.     I love my property management. They have been wonderful. I’ve been here now since 2013 and I cannot say how good they are. When there were issues they fixed them quickly. Even one time when the fridge went out and I had just restocked my fridge. They helped me with a little something to buy new ones and gave me a fridge. Even when there were other issues.
