Honest review. Have used their services for over a year now. While I dont like fees any company you have manage your profit will have them. The costs are no more or less than any other company. The service provided is by far superior. I have never had any issues with tenet, leasing, or maintenance. Everything has been handled efficiently and as the owner of the property I have been kept in the loop with every step of the way. When I had questions on anything I received a quick response and they were handled professionally.

JoGip has been very good to work with as a renter. Their portal and app system make payments and submitting work orders smooth. Im not sure if other rental properties charge a technology fee, but they do. For the most part, getting a response from the office is pretty quick and thorough.

In the past 8 years, we have had several maintenance issues that we contacted JoGip about, including damaged trees, an electrical issue, leaking water heater hose, shower valve stem, damaged tile, burst frozen pipe, leaking faucet, and broken disposal. I disagreed with their assessment of the electrical issue, but every maintenance issue has been repaired in a timely manner by professionals.

JoGip manages multiple single family homes for me. They have been extremely helpful and responsive to me and my tenants. They have only been my property management company for 90 days so I will update this in the future, but having had great and not so great property managers in the past so far they are impressing me. Without exception, everyone that I have been in contact with has been responsive, courteous and patient. Repairs are done promptly which makes for happy tenants. If you are considering a property management company in Dallas, I would recommend them.Another month has passed. JoGip has updated my City of Dallas rental registrations that my previous property management company had let lapse on the majority of my properties. Lease renewals have been handled promptly. Rents are collected and deposited in a timely manner. And if you are a tenant, they execute repairs quickly, once I approve and refund repairs. I continue to be happy and would recommend them. I will continue to update this review from time to time.

I have to admit that after renting from a private party for years. I was so skeptical about going back to a property management company. But I can say that the people at JoGip have been great. When I say they are on top of maintenance. Juan is so polite and knowledgeable. Nowadays we work from home so initially, they come in you follow behind them stand there watch what they are doing, make sure they are doing it right or not missing anything or at least I do, but now, I open the door and go back to my computer because I know I have someone who is going to not only do it right, but also keep me informed as to what was done. And I will always get a call from Arriel, she is just the sweetest, So professional and nice, she always checks up to make sure everything I need is taken care of. When I had to move it was an emergency situation so having to make all these changes quickly was very stressful but I can honestly say it really give me peace of mind to know when I see something wrong or have an issue they are on it and often text me to ask if I need any maintenance which is really unusal. About a year ago, I decided to hire a Property Management Company to handle my Rental Property. I interviewed multiple companies and fell in love with JoGip instantly. They found me a tenant and it has been a seamless process for me ever since. I initially spoke with Antonio Gipson, who was very pleasant. He explained the whole entire process to me. I then worked with the Property Manager (Trent Endicott), who walked through the property with me and explained everything that I needed to do and not do in order to have the property ready for lease. He was also responsible for handling any maintenance issues and he has been so patient and amazing to work with. Then there is Jacqueline Gipson, who is the Leasing and Sales manager. I have had questions about the leasing contracts and plans for the upcoming year. Let me tell you guys, Ms. Jacqueline is a true doll! She loves what she does and makes everything seems so easy! She is so knowledgeable. This is my first time using a Property Management company, so I decided to change my mind on a few things regarding the contract and Ms. Jacqueline was so kind and made everything so easy! I feel like I know her personally. The funny thing is that I have never met anyone face to face but I feel like I have known them for years. I have never had a problem with JoGip!!! I wish I had more Properties for them to manage. I definitely would recommend them to everyone! There is no doubt that JoGip is the way to go!

In the past year they have added staff and improved the customer relationship and automation processes. Most of the time when an issue comes up I speak with Monique and she is truly a star - always responding and making sure business is been taken care of. 5 stars to her personally!

We are pleased with JoGip for having Arriel Clement on their team! She gets the job DONE! Most recently, our AC went out in the middle of the night and we put in a maintenance request that next morning. We received notification that the request was sent to a contractor. That contractor kept delaying a worker by saying it would be the done through following day. That day we were expecting was delayed and then she tried to do it again. We were without AC in 90 degree weather for several days! I called JoGip to inform them of this and Arriel assured me she would take care of it. Within the hour, someone was out to fix our AC. Talk about commitment and efficiency! We saw plenty of bad reviews before moving here over a year ago but we have had no problems with JoGip. Now I know that Arriel was behind the scene of all or request, making magic happen. 5 stars here.
