I cant say enough good things about this company I’ve been at their properties for the past 2 1/2 years. Work orders always done within 3 days. Thanks to JNB Platinum I went from an apartment to a house! ❤️

Leasing manager Charisma goes above and beyond to meet your needs ! Responds back fast and will even directly reach out to maintenance to get problems fixed in your unit that occur! 10/10 recommend !They also run great specials for move ins. JNB Platinum would have to be on the top of my list for sure !

A young lady working there named Charisma is amazing always helpful and making the property and the living experience great and comfortable can call her day or night about any problem I have and she always takes care of it right away and follows up to make sure it’s completed. Honestly she is the only reason I came to this property leasing company

I spoke with Raul over the phone he was very informational and invited me to the leasing event Upon arrival I was greeted by Charisma who did the showing of the unit and application process afterwards I was invited to eat lunch I was introduced to to lovely ladies Jessica and Janie the whole team were very friendly and made me feel at home I truly enjoyed my time with everyone they interacted with the residents as if we were all one big family
