JML Remodeling and Restoration provided us with first class work. The work completed included a circle drive in front of the house, painting inside of the house. We also had a living room closed by adding a wall and entry with an added door.Finally, windows were changed for the entire house. Most importantly, Mr. Lagarde is a person of excellent character. He worked tirelessly wanting to make sure that we were satisfied with the work he provided. I highly recommend Mr. Lagarde to serve as your contractor.

Wendell and his team were awesome! He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. His estimate was straightforward and he was flexible with dates and times. 10/10 would recommend and would use again. He replaced our outdated chrome framed shower with a broken door to a beautiful frameless one.

JML Remodeling and Wendell L are the real deal. Wendell is complete and thorough in his quotations and keeps you up to date with any changes and their costs as the project is underway. He and his crew do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. No excuses. Communication was always straightforward and clear. On my project there were no surprises or misunderstandings at the end. I found JML online and without a referral. I live 250 miles away and feel very fortunate to have found a company and individual so competent to handle my project without need to be constantly on site inspecting every aspect of the work being done.

Wendell of JML Remodeling did several jobs for us in 2023 including painting and repairs after leaks. He is very professional and can take care of numerous jobs. If he cant do it, he will contact someone who can. It was a pleasure to work with him, especially since we were in San Antonio and he was doing the work in Houston. His bills were reasonable and fair. We give him the highest rating allowed with no reservations. You wont be disappointed!

Wendell promptly responded to my initial call for some home repairs and improvements, and over the past few years, I have engaged JML Remodeling for additional services that included painting, plumbing, electrical and roofing needs to get my home ready to place on the market. All work was completed on-time, as promised and clean-up was immaculate. I recommend JML Remodeling without hesitation or further qualification.

Wendell Lagarde of JML Remodeling was highly professional and personally attentive to the comprehensive remodeling of our entire first floor. This involved removal of builders grade prefinished cabinets and installation of custom cabinets in the kitchen and half bathroom. Ceramic tile replaced the builders grade vinyl flooring. The quality of the custom cabinets was superior to what we viewed at Lowes and with much lower costs.

I’ve had two different projects done by JML Remodeling, Inc. The first was the replacement of my roof by the team in a very professional & timely manner, afterwhich, they removed all the debris! The next project was to disassemble my deteriorating brick mailbox & rebuild it & again they cleared away all the debris. I have used JML Remodeling, Inc. to repair a shower that was leaking on the second floor of my home. They were meticulous in identifying the source of the leak, and then repairing the leak and replacing the sheet rock and tile damaged from the leakage. JML Remodeling used only quality products and did not cut corners to increase their profit. They were honest and professional throughout the process. I recommend their services to anyone who wants things done the right way!

It was a remodel of the shower, including handicap rails, a larger porch, painting throughout, ceiling fan and many miscellaneous items.I felt that Wendell went over and above what I expected. JML has done a lot of work for me and my mother-in-law over the years; remodeling our garage (new siding, new windows and new person doors, install internal drywall and insulation) and remodeled the bath and kitchen in my mother-in-laws 1920 eastside bungalow, including making a closet for a stackable washer & dryer. Also emergency repairs after 2021 big freeze. I strongly recommend JML and he is our go-to for major work.

JML Remodeling was a referral from my family member who had used their services. I called and arranged for an estimate on a substantial job on the exterior of my home. Wendell Lagarde came to my home and discussed the work to be done and worked up an estimate. We were having the wood on the house removed and replaced with hardie plank. We agreed on the estimate and work began. The crew worked very efficiently and did a great job on our home. We also ended up adding gutters and had some trees cut back off of the house. Mr. Lagarde was very much involved in the work being carried out and we were extremely pleased with the results. We also decided at that time to do a remodel of our guest bath and the ideas that Wendell put forth were very much appreciated and that work was also done expediently and expertly. We would not hesitate to use his company in the future.
