Needless to say, there were lots of anxiety. Both Sandy and Pete are calm, patient, honest, fair, and respectful. We have had good experiences with Jeanette and her team and what Ive appreciated the most is their response time to our needs. Several things have occurred since we have been renting here because of normal wear and tear of an older home. The shingles, AC, and water softener have all needed to be replaced during our stay here, and all things were replaced in a timely manner which we greatly appreciate.
